Of course I tried to contact via their website and it doesn’t work so I’ll post my review of the poor food here.My husband and l ordered dinner from the Barrie location tonight and it was disgusting. We got panzos and they were undercooked and poorly made. Our stomachs are upset and I’m concerned about food poisoning now. The pizza for my kids? No cheese no toppings - horrible. A big disappointment considering I’ve actually ordered pizza for lunch many times off of our Uber app and the pizza is always good. Tonight, it was disappointing & I don’t think I’ll ever be ordering again.
Decent pizza. Have been going here for years..but workers always have a attitude and act miserable. Very short with people and kind of rude..poor customer service.I literally expect for the employees to be rude each time I go. It’s just common knowledge unfortunately to have this experience at this store if you live in the area.
The pizza was just okay. What wasn't okay was biting into an Olive pit and now I have tooth pain. Not at all satisfied. Hopefully this doesn't result in a dental bill.
Ordered a pizza at 4.24pm, was told it would be delivered within 40. An hour goes by i call to follow-up. I then am told, sorry were busy it will 15 min, i know full well it won't 15min, but I've been ordering from here for a while, so 40 min go by, i call again, get the run around about drivers and that my order is out for delivery. As i press about my order, and where it was, seems it wasn't out for delivery and they wasted my time. Been ordering from there for a long time, i won't any more.
Made me a small pizza with mushrooms to order. Pizza was tasty, but needed more mushrooms. Can't complain too much for $5.99 plus tax. Just make sure to drink either Rise lychee and Jasmin kombucha or GT's kombucha right after for better digestion of conventional dough.
We had been loyal customers for 10 years, we would order pizza on every single occasion you would think of. Now with new owners , we had a very bad experience; barely any toppings. We gave this location two chances and we won't be back again!!!!
Have ordered hear for the last 5 years and as of probably 4 months ago the quality of everything has been going downhill fast. The food is now always prepared poorly with lack of care which the old team was very good at, the orders are continually made wrong, I have walked in there seeing half my order ready sitting ontop of the oven well my pizza is just being made. I am not sure how the quality is gone but your paying higher prices.To the new owners you've lost yet again another customer due to your poor choices, i will gladly go elsewhere from here on out.
Ordered on-line Thanksgiving Monday, website took my order. Waited over an hour and our food never came. I called the store and they were closed (which is awesome that they gave their staff Thanksgiving off). I called four times in the days following asking for the owner to contact me and refund my charge of $31.33. Management/owner never seemed to be working. I never received a callback. No one was willing to help, no offer to fill the order or give me my money back. Over a month now and I haven't heard anything from them. We won't be back.
Pizza Pizza ? !! It is !! I love to try different pizza at diffrent locations. This time at Twice the deal, I ordered and it was great response on call and delivery was before the time. Pizzas are so perfectly cooked and found best in experience that I ended up ordering again on next day. I recommend everyone to try at this pizza place and experience best response from team.
Pizza use to be good, ordered every month. Last 2 months the orders been wrong and the quality of food has gone down hill. Last order I ordered a garlic bread with cheese as a side, when I got there they charged me full price didn't have any garlic bread and said "we owe you" instead of giving me a refund.. and they also had the wrong toppings on my pizza. Either way I won't be returning, the pizza isn't the same!
