Came In here with my wife, as my wife was simply asking a question on how many slices are in the medium, the employee working cut my wife off and said we don't sell slices here. If she couldn't listen to a simple question we weren't confident enough that she would get the order right. Customer service here is absolute garbage.
I took the kids to xplay and wanted to pick up a quick dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with toppers!. The ladies behind the counter were great and the pizza was the best I have had in a long time.
Pizza is fantastic. First person I dealt with, not very knowledge on the deals or frankly much I felt. However the young lady helped us and she was very helpful and certainly knowledgeable on deals. Would certainly go back. Thank you.
Ordered from here expecting a higher quality pizza than what you get from Pizza Pizza or Pizzaville given the price premium, and was sadly disappointed. First off I ordered the food for 5:00 and when I showed up at 4:55 it was already sitting under the warmer. I paid for my pizza and was told it would be a few more minutes. Confused, I sat down and waited. At 5:00 I was handed the order that was sitting under the warmer when I arrived. I got home 5 minutes later and the pizza was already cold and soggy. The one pizza tasted ok albeit nothing special, and the other was burnt and dry. The wings were no better than frozen wings you would make yourself at home. All in all, the cheaper alternatives actually taste better at almost half the cost. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.
Pizza as expected but a rude costumer service when u phone in to order..felt like saying if u don't want to promote the menu don't work there ( at the head office as they use a calling center to order)
Better toppers here than in the south. Almost as good as the originals in Sudbury
Have been buying pizza from here for over 20 years. Ordered a pizza on my anniversary 48 years Dec.29 so I didn't have to cook. Car was in for repair. We are in the computer as we order frequently. Chris took order and confirmed address. We were told pizza would arrive in 25 min. Toppers called back 45 min. later to confirm address. 1.5 hrs later we get a call stating they no longer deliver to Thornton. So now I am stuck with no car no food and some woman stating the this employee has only been with them for 3 weeks. For 20 years they have delivered to Thornton. I will never order from them again. It should not take 1.5 hours to tell us this.

I had some issues and it took awhile to have it fixed but they did fix it and I appreciated the franchise looking after it
