Right next door to our hotel so very convenient to get some food via a short walk. Quality of food is standard for Tims. Very hospitable, even though they mixed up the order, with chili rather then soup.
The Tim Hortons at mapleview and Essa Rd had a great staff as of January 4th the owner closed this Tim's down claiming that this Tim's was not getting enough clients coming in on a daily basis and that that throughout a lot of food at the end of the work day . I am sorry to see that . For the staff that worked there thanks you very much and all the best at your new locationTake care

Ordered a double toasted bagel and served me a burnt one and this happened twice. I didn’t ask for a replacement the first time but called them to give a feedback. However, the second time I asked them to replace it and was told to not order a double toasted bagel next time because it is going to come out burnt because of their “toaster settings”. Their grilled cheese sandwiches never have the cheese melted but the bread is well done and dry. They really need to replace their toaster and train their employees better

DO NOT GO!!Don’t go to this location if you don’t speak perfect English, or if you want well-made meals.I had originally tried to redeem a coupon offer on their wraps, but they mistakenly charged me full price for both. This would have been completely fine, especially as I was issued a refund, if they hadn’t blamed it on not being able to understand my accent.For context, English is not my first language but I speak with a slight accent that affects my intonation, not my pronunciation.I started to eat my wrap only to realize that they used old lettuce and ingredients that were not fresh. I love a good Tim Hortons run, but this location has the worst employee service and food quality by far.

They constantly forget to give us straws when we order delivery on the tim hortons app. So annoying. How am I supposed to drink my ice cap without a staw?
