My Husband and i went through the drive through just now. The woman seemed unhappy. Kind of rude. Steeped teas were good though.
I want to thank the manager here (sorry I forgot his name... Timothy maybe?), anyways. I have been looking for marking pencils for my business and tried to buy them from multiply Tim's locations over the years. Ultimately he had no way to sell me them but went above and beyond to find me the manufacturers information and proved squ numbers so I could continue my search for refillable wax pencils/crayons (what they mark the top of your cup with). With that information I was easy able to find them on amazon and I love having them compared to previously used marking utensils for my own business. Thank you for making the extra effort to help even knowing there was not "financial" benefits to the store. Much appreciated.
One of the worst tims to go to before 5:30 am , there is never any biscuits for breakfast sandwiches and today no muffins...,maybe having a baker there couple hours before it opens might help? It just fustrating when I can't get a bite to eat ,,,changing my tims location from now on.
The restaurant itself is ok but the daytime manager with blonde hair treats the staff horribly and doesn't seem to mind embarrassing them infront of customers. As a business owner myself I'm appalled.
Jenn answered the phone for an issue I had with their delivery service and was fantastic, friendly, sympathetic and genuine. I really appreciated her time and the solution she was able to supply to me. Great overall service and the coffee/breakfast was great.
For as busy as the drive thru gets at this one, the staff always do a great job with the take-out (during the COVID-19 government rules of not being able to sit down and eat your meal before it freezes, as soon as you step outside) orders in the lobby. And coffee was fresh as well as hot! I recommend this Timmies anyday!
How do you miss the cup with sugar every time I order....never going here again there is a reason no one goes here
