Terrible. Twice this week Ive gone by after 5 pm and they have had NOTHING available. I ordered a chicken wrap. And they said they had absolutely no chicken.So I asked for a everything bagel with cheese. No everything bagels. What about a heated cheese croissant? Nope, just plain. How is this even possible?
Be vary if you placed a mobile order as they tend to overlook those, leaving you waiting. However, polite staff!
Their service is one of the worst service. Their service hours are not fixed whenever I went there they guys were closed but on there website it shows they are open till 11 pm.
We have visited a number of Tim Hortons locations and have to tell you how refreshing this experience was!The drive thru line moved steadily, the person on the mic was friendly and pleasant as was the staff at the window. Smiling, laughing, joking all while pushing people through. The food was hot, our order was 100% accurate and the best tasting wraps we have had in awhile!Well done.
One of the worst Tim's I've ever gone too. They never get your order right. I've thrown more coffees away then I have drank from this location. DO NOT GO THERE
The ladies that work the Night Shift are great! Very helpful and Friendly, and made our order perfectly.
Absolute worst Tim Hortons experience of my life this morning. There were many staff working at the time, and after waiting half an hour for two hash browns and a sausage egg on an English muffin, I get a snarky remark from the manager saying that she doesn’t have any more hash browns. Not to mention I still never got my English muffin. This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by me. Never again.
I went to buy something to eat, but they treated me very badly, they gave me the sandwich all burnt and the coffee all bitter
Lovely staff and nice location. I enjoy coming here for coffee and a bite to eat.
Just not my kinda place for any other then soup and chilli..Nice service though.
