Came by to grab workers a warm drink as we do snow removal. Was told they opened at 6am despite during weekends despite what the website says.. yet a workers is there already and it's 5:15 she's been there since 4:45ish I waited to go through the drive through and came around twice then finally called.
Best Tims in Barrie. They have never gotten my order wrong and they are super cheery!
I visited tim blake couple of times, everytime they suprised me by giveing different food. I visited today morning around 9am thinking my order would be correct and it’s still the same. I even confirmed my order at window. How is this possible to you guys. I would not return to this tim anymore. If I have chance to give negative points I would love to.
Always get my order wrong. Pay for things you don’t even get.
My husband stopped in here for two farmers breakfast wraps they are on now for 2 for $5.00 or 2 for $6.00 don't know why 2 different prices for same thing but this promotion is good for 5 more days. Anyway he ordered 2 farmers breakfast wraps and teller told him they were $9.00 he tried to explain about the promotion and told teller that the promotion was activated on his Tim's card. She kept telling him they were nine dollars each. This place always gets your order wrong. Wrong food order wrong change on your order they really don't have any idea on the promotions or how to make change or fill the orders correctly. He left without filling the order which happens often should not be in business or need new staff or at least better training.
Came by as there was congestion on the 400 returning home after a long weekend out.Was pleasantly surprised by how close this was to 93S exit off Hwy 11. Drove in and took a much needed break to stretch out and hydrate and enjoy a free donut courtesy of the long weekend promo. Ordered and the items were ready for mobile pickup.There is a huge parking lot with drive through (very long lineup) and walked in to be greeted by a very friendly crew that brewed a nice cup of dark roast along with a yummy strawberry shortcake donut.Will definitely swing by again when i am in the area
Service and quality keep declining, very sad , how it started great and just going down , super cheap all around
Had to pause before I write yet another review of Tim Hortons... How wish this one today? Well, not every TH has a washroom, but all of them have a reliable cup of coffee :)
Order 4 breakfasts through drive thru to have on a lovely Sunday morning.Arrived home with one item in the order completely different, one item missing, cream and sugar on side missing, hash browns squashed in bottom of bag so greasy if you were to eat them you would have to peel them off the wrappers, nothing hot and only drove 4 minutes to get home with order. Not worth it.
Very rude customer service. They should make sure how their employees behaves with their customers. If customer don’t know the rule of store they can say politely instead of shouting at them.
