This place needs new management. I was going to this place for many years until made a complaint about a customer who was always soliciting after 9pm when a certain employee was working. I made this complaint because the customer was being rude towards customers talking over top over people as they made there order and she refused to move for anyone where people had to pick up their orders she would put her purse and bags on top of the counter and you would have to reach in front of her and she gave dirty looks if you ask her to move and have respect for customers and the business I asked Sydney if she could ask her to move and she replied by saying that she couldn't do nothing about it and I even talk to the manager, 3 months later I'm being told I was not welcome there ?(Esso owns the store) for arguing for the exact reason. You guys need to get the real facts (camera) instead of asking a employee that there friends with. If you read this Anne - Marie is the rude customer who thinks she owns the place.
The staff are great. Some are amazing, they get to know you by name and have the ability to make a bad day better with a simple touch.

The server was so rude and I noticed flies on cinnamon buns, which I informed the server but she was not willing to remove the buns from showcase
Friendly helpful staff. I walked from my hotel, and It began pouring rain while I was there. As I waited for the rain to let up, the employees were very polite, helpful and went above and beyond!! Five ++ stars!
Super fast. I come to this one since I cant go sit down at a Tim's anymore. Good ice caps and bagels that I can eat on the walk home

Worst Tim's I've been to ever. Waited 8 mins to get farmers wrap to be to it will take another 8 mins as they have run out of egg. 15 mins for a meal!!?!
