Charlotte is amazing, but if she is not in rarely the store works fine, the young employees normally are complaining and mocking the customers

The person working storefront was very slow and was by themselves even though the people in drive thru weren't working. They also refused to take my gift card and I had to pay cash.
I ordered two peach juices on November 21 before closing at this location and was overcharged and the manager keeps asking, if it was this location. I already told her multiple times and showed her proof that I was overcharged.
Don't go to this Tim Hortons if you like to use your app to the fullest! Owner's Dawn Melling and Brad Melling have instructed to the employees not to except people who use the app for themselves and someone else at one time! Me and my wife go to this Tim Hortons everyday multiple time's a day and every Saturday and Sunday morning I go and get our morning coffee and my wife stays home with the children. So I bring mine and my wife's phone to earn our points and I was refused that this morning! Good job Dawn and Brad Melling and showing your valued customers what you think of them! I can tell you care about customer service when your employees tell us you two have instructed them to do this! My next step is Tim Hortons head office formal complaint! I WISH THERE WAS A 0 NO STAR OPTION FOR THIS LOCATION!
While I was standing at the front counter a fellow standing behind me fell to the floor. Had some sort of seizure and cut his head when he hit the floor. Therefore there was quit a bit of blood on the floor. I was amazed how the staff took charge. The fellow at the counter who was half way through my order and at least two girls from behind the counter jumped into action. I was totally impressed. Well done and If I could give you 10 stars I certainly would. Congratulations for your excellent response. (footnote) Ambulance arrived very quickly which was also impressive.
Friendly drive-thru staff and quick service. They should take more care in ensuring the lids are actually on the cup though. I find this location is constantly making that error. Food was well prepared.
Messed up my order then in correcting it they threw out the whole donut order instead of the one mistake, very wasteful. They had a couple of better options to correct it, give me the extra donut free of charge, or transfer what wasn't wrong to a new bag and add the correct donut.
