rarely got a good cup of coffee/tea in morning. Meaning never sweet enough not even close even for a double double. Feels like there's no sugar in it. Happened 4 times now! ?♂️
The drive through if the worst. Unable to have 1 flow of traffic causing tones of delay. The staff rushes you when at the window and a majority of times either messes up your order or gives you someone else’s order completely.
Today happend in Tim hortens ducworth Sunday April 24 at 9: 40 a lady who was in drive through insulted me and my friends like we are a regular coustomers their. i am a health concious i ordered tea with cane syrup, however she asked me to pay for it and insulted me, i usually pay for it. Disrespect and raicism to me i am reporting it to head of tim hortans. I am requesting to the manager that please take an action to it.
Very bad experience, bad customer service, very rude attitude towards the costumers felt like insulted and spoiled our mood and made us look like cheap people on April 24, around 9:45 through the drive thru we were regular costomers and treated us like this, we were on our way to a long journey.
Though the eatables are good over there and majority of staffs demonstrates good service, there is a staff over there who does morning shifts with a rude a mean approach.I and many of my friends have a strong feeling that she is depicting contempt which is rooted from racial discrimination. It is always good to hire staffs who are amiable.
Horrible coffee every time. Always burnt always scolding hot. Drive the extra three minutes to different Tim’s you won’t regret it!
Poor service tonight. Went to use restroom and order as well, but girls told me it is closed after cleaning at 9 pm. Seriously you have 24 hours door open, but then you are saying this. Looks like ladies didn’t want to serve customers. And then they were laughing at my back, I can absolutely hear them which they thought I wouldn’t.This is the first time I ever saw that they will close restroom after cleaning, I am coming here every week.
They serve one of the best coffee. Service is also great as they serve it in time and staff members are very kind to all customers.
They Treat the drive thru more than in store. Waited 20 mins in store front while 5 employees sereve drive thru 6 cars in line 5 people inside.
I usually go to this place and it's been okay. recently went and had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. Every staff would come and pass by without caring for the order. The staff was not even aware while charging me and she did not apply the offer to my order. I was charged the regular price even after explaining her what I was trying to have. Wouldn't recommend.
