My fiance decided we woud stop for coffee and 'baby coffee', hot chocolate, on the way home. Its so nice that its close to where he works so he can grab a drink on the way home. The staff is awesome and its easy to hear them through the speaker. They didn't rush us and even put a couple ice cubes in the hot chocolate for our little one so she could have iced coffee like mommy and daddy.
Forgot my wallet and the guy was nice enough to give me my lunch since he recognized me. What great customer service!

Never been so humiliated by attendants. I was standing in front of the and was totally ignored nobody came over to ask what I wanted. When I eventually spoke about being ignored the lady said she was waiting for me to finish. I was standing in the front, you did not come over to ask what I needed. Eventually ordered and the order took a while. Had to ask again before I got the order. Totally hostile environment. I ate the order and feel kind of sick from it. Keeping my fingers crossed
Staff was courteous. However too many mistakes. I ordered Jalapeño Bagel with Herb and garlic. They mad Cream Cheese.I ordered regular Double double, they made dark roast. Wasn’t even paying attention to the orders
Terrible service always. Takes forever to get your order. Coffee is never consistent and they try to rush then your order is never right.
There's a young man that works the overnight shift that always makes a fresh pot for me, he's fantastic! When he's not there, service isn't the greatest. My last visit there was a lady, and my coffee wasn't hot, even tho I requested a new brew. Nothing worse than getting a cold coffee for the start of your day ?
Tim's should go back to what they knew. Coffee and doughnuts because let's be honest they've lost there way.
cracked vehicle rim and engine mount in the drive thru because of pothole that is almost 2ft deep , Nobody to blame but the owners pure neglect to fix your property. It's a hazard and I'll be filing a small claim for this
Always quick in drive threw depending on time of day but they handle it well
