I could see 5 employees standing in bunch and laughing about things and I had to wait in there for my order around 9 minutes, while I was the only person in store.Worst service.
Not happy with this Tim Hortons at all. Had went through drive through to get a coffee and sure enough they didn't have lid on the coffee and ended up spilling all over my car and myself. I had asked for then to pay for a detail inside my car and all they kept saying is what do you want us to do. Well first of all yes I drive a 22 year old car but I maintain it and keep it clean. Had just out new seats and carpet in my car a week ago and now this had happened. Customer service was not great at all handed me 3 napkins for a whole large coffee had to use my special car cleaning cloths to clean the coffee up now have to deal with buying new cloths and deal with a sour cream smell in my car not impressed at all
Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs! THE slowest Tim Hortons in Barrie by far and honestly the slowest one I think I’ve ever been to just about anywhere! Prepare to spend at least 25 minutes minimum in their drive thru. With how long it takes you’d think the quality of your order would be amazing, but nope, orders are ALWAYS wrong and disgusting. This is all coming from someone who is the most easygoing person who barely ever complains about stuff like this..
One Star, Tim Hortons large doble doble was my favorite coffee for years, but somehow the quality, the attention and the taste of the coffee went worst to worst. March 16/2022 I got a coffe tasting like a perfume, awful! I called to the coffee shop asking for the manager or supervisor, which he said his name is Nick, after all he said, is not a perfume it is the disinfectant products we are using ?I was so sick, even I felt like swollen lymph nodes under my chin. Went here today around noon to grab a coffee and only drive through open? Why does this location only cater to people with vehicles? I won't bother going back to this location again...waste of time.
i need to stop going to tim hortons, had the beiber donuts and they were beyond terrible flavors, and unedible.
There is a old lady working in a night. She makes really good coffees and tea. She serve with the love.
Folks working there are always friendly. The drive thru entrance needs to be marked properly so that cars do not line up in 2 aisles
This Tim Hortins has THE SLOWEST drive through. It's unreal. You could have made your own coffee three times over while waiting in line. Don't do it. Even if you're desperate. It's just not worth the 30 minutes of your life.
Not enough attention given to in-store customers. Priority is always on drive thru. In store service was not processing customers in sequence. I received my fancy blended drink before the person in front of me was serviced and all they wanted was a tea, bag in.Forgot straw. Didn’t complete the persons order ahead of me until I spoke up.
