Way to slow. Can’t come here anymore in the morning before work. Usually 2 mins per car. Seems like the workers don’t care but ya can’t blame them. Save your money and time . Make your brew at home and save the aggravation.Tired of sitting and waiting here. Can’t do it no longer
Always double check your order before you leave!!This used to be my favourite location to go to, however over the last few weeks that has changed. I understand this is a fast paced environment that involves a high level of stress for these workers. I know they work their butts off trying to accommodate each guest which I can appreciate. Perhaps I am at fault for not checking my orders before driving away, however it is not my job to ensure they do theirs correctly. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for years it is frustrating to see that simple instructions for an order can not be followed and a basic order can not be fulfilled. To save myself from the annoyance and frustration over something as simple as a confused donut order or screwed up breakfast sandwich, I will now go out of my way to go elsewhere. I sincerely hope management at this location hires competent workers who can follow and achieve a basic order, or provide their current workers additional training on the goods they serve so they can successfully achieve a complete order and to improve their customer satisfaction and loyalty.This does not apply to the staff that I have seen there for the last 3 years of my time coming here as they have been the reason I have always returned. But as I see less of them, the more often I receive incorrect orders.Im sure eventually I will try this location again but for now, I will certainly avoid.
This location is hit and miss with service taking up to 10 minutes in the drive through. Almost always very busy and often out of steeped tea and timbits
A neighbor outlet neat and calm just bought the snacks and hot chocolate and coffee and sat to gist some. The staff were accommodating.

The Tims in Barrie were friendly and fast.The Tims on the hwy 401 at Port Hope the staff were very, very slow.
This particular location is an absolute disaster, avoid at all costs!!My last straw was this Saturday just before 3pm. Ordered a bacon,chicken ranch wrap & my bacon was completely raw!!!!!It was absolutely disgusting & after 2 bites I realized what was wrong!!!!By then I was 20 minutes away, a wrap I couldn’t eat & had to pull over on the side of the road to throw up as I ate 2 full bites of raw bacon meat ?Once I arrived at my destination I took pictures & yep, even my family confirmed 4 full pieces of pure raw bacon in my wrap.I’m now bathroom bound as of course this made me sick, I’ve notified Tim Hortons & yet absolutely zero response. Save your health & stay away from this locationOr just don’t order food from hereDunlop St west, Barrie Ontario
Fairly good they always get ur order correct
Very nice service. Great food. Must visit if looking for a quick breakfast.
