Popped in just before closing. Would have rather she say they’re closed than take my order. When I opened the box it had a weird smell to it. I took one bite and spit it out. The noodles were mushy & vegetables were hard and tasted terrible. They closed as we left so couldn’t go back in. I will never come back. Consider the other restaurants next door. Waste of money.
These Teriyaki places are pricing themselves out of existence. $17.50 for Chicken Teriyaki and a water. A miniscule amount of chicken . And what burns me is the tip option on the debit machine . This place is no different than a McDonald's or a Timmies. You either take it out or carry it to your table. Where does the tip for service come in ?
Went here with my girlfriends a bit ago and the owner seemed to be in the store, he looked at my friends really weirdly and although he joked around we felt really uncomfortable with his gaze and felt a bit unsafe. Very “friendly”I also talked with the associates when he left. they don’t even get their tips payed. Only their wage the owner keeps all the tips.sanitation wise theres a big risk of cross contamination they used the same cooking utensils for shrimp, beef and chicken. The back counters looked a ness and there was food on the glass and on the floor.Never coming here again now I cant go to teriyaki without thinking of this place ?We literally did not stomach the food and ate at subway instead they seemed much better.
By far the worst teriyaki place Ive been too. I usually really like the food from other locations but definitely not this location. My wife and I got the chicken teriyaki here and it was tasteless. The people cooking it clearly don't know what they are doing, next to know teriyaki sauce, and the vegetables where undercooked. We each took one bite and threw it out. I will be going to other locations, but never this one again.
Good value and hot fresh off the grill. Great Value and staff is very pleasant and accomodating. Seating area clean.
My very first time eating here (Barrie-park place location) and I was absolutely blown away! They're so friendly, kind and welcoming! The food was phenomenal and the service was even better!I told him it was my first time and he gifted me a 10$ gift card too! That was the cherry on top for sure hahaI highly recommend Teriyaki experienceFive starsTwo thumbsWould definitely come back again and again!
Was looking forward to having this for dinner for my whole family when I stepped inside the building to see the cook not wearing a mask. the lady behind the counter assured me he wasn’t wearing one and that he was the cook so we walked right out. Disappointed.
The chicken teriyaki dish didn’t come with the vegetables (bean sprouts, carrot, broccoli, cabbage) there were all peppers. Not look like the picture they showed. They didn’t even give me the spring roll instead for the dumpling. And they have a really bad customer service. Compare with another Teriyaki place. This one is worse and I won’t recommending people come here.
Thank you very much the very friendly service and I did not expect how huge the portions were. lots of chicken and vegetables. the other one at the mall cheaper out and now our family will only come to you guys. Have a great Christmas. Such a healthy choice too
Don’t waste your money!Horrible, no taste and all you get is a box full of rice. What a disappointment.
