Waited 1/2 hour for my pickup order divers. Once at the customer I was advised that the order was completely wrong. The customer was more than p***ed. The order process uses wing-it technology instead of IT technology. Another driver had waited to catch the attention of staff to figure out when his order would be ready only to find out that it has been sitting on the counter the entire time. What a mess this place is. Drivers waiting for food means: customers waiting for food. Pathetic experience. And: the smell at the entrance is something else. Can't imagine eating inside ever.
This was by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. First, we enter (a group of 4) and there was another 4 people inside and the manager asks us to wait outside because there is a 4 person capacity limit, fine. When it was our turn to go in and order the manager was extremely rude and charged us for things we didn't order. We tried to get her attention and she ignored us. She was also handling money with gloves on and then went and touch food without changing them/washing her hands. On top of that there was now 7 people inside (over the capacity limit) and she didn't ask them to leave. We grabbed our order and left when we checked our order the things she charged us extra for wasn't even in there. Food was not hot and we waited for over 15 minutes.All in all they over charge you, terrible assembly of food, and do NOT follow Covid-19 restrictions.
Honestly the worse place ever. I always ask and pay for extra nacho cheese on our fries they never add it. I also ask for hot sauce packets never get them. It doesn’t matter if I place my order at the restaurant or on take out. It’s always wrong. I always have to go back in to fix it. And they NEVER answer the phone when you try to call and speaks to the manager. They really need to do better!
They seem to close whenever they feel like it? For example, it’s 6pm on a Friday and they are suddenly closed. Absolutely horribly unreliable. I don’t understand how they stay in business. Just terrible. Stick to your advertised hours!!!
Beyond disappointed with the quality of food as well as the overall experience I have had with this location. This evening was the final disappointment. Went to pick up food, the doors were locked so we could not go inside and had to go through the drive thru. Many other people left as well. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins, than waited 10 mins for someone to take our order. It was clearly understaffed which is no fault of the employees but an issue with management as well as an issue the owner should be overseeing. The quality of food was beyond disappointing. The tacos were not even filled, the rest of the food was cold. Soggy fries! Also ordered the cinnbon balls and they were not cooked properly either. We have had issues in the past with orders missing food, or issues with quality but this has been a push to far. It’s extremely disappointing as this is the only location in Barrie but we will no longer be visiting.
I’m not sure why no one has commented but both the taco bells in Barrie serve stale hard taco shells. I literally just had to use tortilla chips to eat with the inside of the taco as the stale smell is so strong! I don’t get how they can get away with this…
I wish I could give this place zero stars. First of all they are absolutely never open and when they are there are roaches everywhere. I am 99% sure that they deep fried one of them and put it in with my food. When I confronted an employee about this she threw a drink at me, giving me a concussion and permanent brain damage.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. It's not even open. Parking lot's torn up, signs on the door. Even Taco Bell's website seems to be unaware they're closed.
Why aren't there better taco bells. I love taco bell so I sat in drive thru for half an hour trapped between cars before I even got to order. I'm still sitting here with low hopes but when taco bell does it right it's so yummy. Why can't we have better :(
I’ve tried going here multiple times (around 4-5 times) in the last couple months and they were “closed” every time.Tried going in today at 6:10pm and the drive thru was blocked off and the doors were locked. Despite their google page saying they are open until 10pm. Even when I was able to actually go through the drive thru, I would regularly wait for 15+ minutes for like 2 tacos and 2 burritos. And to top it off, the last time I went to this location there was a line up of cars in the drive thru that was moving very slowly, we got to the speaker and no one acknowledged us but this happens every time so I thought nothing of it. After waiting at the speaker for 10+ minutes we found out they were closed… doesn’t help that their open neon sign was on.I’m not sure what’s going on with the management at this location but they are clearly incompetent and something needs to be changed.Also, might want to make sure your phone bill is payed, because we tried calling and the phone was disconnected. Seriously hope this place closes and the owners are never able to open another business.
