WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! If 0 star was an option, i would've given them that. The owner was super defensive about his waitress short commings. Waited for like 40min because she forgot to put our order in while all other guests that walked in after us got served while our waitress walked around aimlessly until we reminded her about our order. Instead of handling the situation, the owner aggressively argued and didn't own up to their shortcomings. There are alot of professionally run breakfast places in Barrie unlike this location.
Well I hate to do this but todays breakfast was a disaster. I ordered sausage , soft pouched eggs, half home fries. Turns out that the eggs were hard and serve didn’t come back until sausage toast and home fries were gone. Terrible way too start your day.
Waited like an hour to get our food and when we placed order right away. When complaining manager on duty cut us off and started arguing being rude and giving attitude telling us lies about how it wasn’t their fault very rude will not be visiting with family ever again and will reccomed to avoid this place at all costs

The waitress was not friendly at all. Actually all the waitresses were walking around like they didn’t enjoy their job. The portions have reduced in size yet the prices are high. The potatoes looked old and the chicken was dry. A sliver of cucumber and carrot is not considered a portion of vegs. For the price they charge the food should be of higher quality.
Food was great, as were the servers. Took a while to get the food, but it was worth the wait.The best part was that we didn't have to wait for a table.Considering how every other breakfast place in town has a lineup out the door, this is our new go-to.
Food was good as always. Not as clean as usual. First table had not been cleaned and the one we sat at had food, spoon and yogurt container on the floor. No offer of jam for toast.
Overall safety hazard to summarize. Just had breakfast there with my husband and 4 kids, service was ok-ish. Food was decent. Main issue was the chair I sat in had a screw sticking out that stabbed me in the bottom and ripped my pants. When we advised the server her response was “sorry about that, I’ll throw the chair out”. Nothing else was done. Now I’m on my way to get an updated tetanus shot, probably gonna have to miss work tonight for it, have to replace my $40 jeans, and pretty much paid $100 to get screwed in the butt literally. Won’t be going back.
Waitress was really good ,poor girl was alone trying to handle ten tables and did it .Didn't have a minute to blow her nose .
Very disorganized staff, our drinks came 15 mins after our order and then it took 10 min to bring the sugar. Owner was apologetic but said this happens……..no way. No excuses for bad service
