Waited 20 minutes to get seated with tables available! At the end, didnt get seated, we just left. I love sunset grill, been going to sunset for the past 6 years at different locations and this is one location that has completely lost my business, which is sad that this one is the closest to my home!!! Leaving 1 star cause i dont have a choice, but would of been zero if it was up to me.
Food was great, service was amazing! Stopped here for breakfast on our trip through Ontario great spot if you want a good, quick and delicious breakfast!
The food was good and service was too. Seemed disorganized as we weren't assigned a server and had to wait 40 minutes until we had to ask to be served
great breakfast! amazing food! even a gorgeously written sign with the specials and "please wait to be seated" sign right as you walk in so theres no confusion on where to go upon entry, amazing staff all very helpful, friendly and know the menu like the back of their hands, I couldn't decide on what to get on my waffle and the waitress recommended i supreme my waffle so i can get 3 toppings! overall great experience definitely will be returning!
Stopped there for lunch. Service was slow. Coffee was good and waitress refilled our cups 3 times before we got lunch. Waffle was delicious but the clubhouse sandwich was cold, bacon was dried out and tough, and fries were cold.Sadly the place desperately needs some tlc. Probably Covid has taken its toll on finances. I wish the owners the best.
When I got to the restaurant we sat down. A lady came and asked if we had waited to be seated I said no. She said to me next time do you want to wait until somebody seats you. Very ignorant food quality horrible waited almost half hour well three little children we're getting anxious to eat a nightmare . I won't be going back here again
The breakfast was amazing ...I had the French connection and it was amazing ...Def going back and the lady who served us was the nicest lady ....❤️

My husband and I had brunch at this location today. His meal was fine but mine was not good at all! I ordered French toast which at first was very disappointing because it was barely dipped in egg. So essentially I was dipping my yellowish bread into maple syrup. I complained and the charge was removed from my bill which was completely fair, however, I had asked for another slice instead. When the waitress brought me another slice it had raw, runny egg yolk inside and I was totally disgusted. Now I asked to speak to the manager who was irritable and just complained about how difficult it is to hire cooks. Although I felt bad for her, as she was obviously stressed out, I also felt like she didn’t even care that I almost ate raw eggs and probably would’ve suffered from salmonella poisoning. I have always had good meals at Sunset Grill so I won’t be returning to this location ever again.
It takes a lot for me to complain but after waiting well over 20 min to be served the final straw was when the waitress started serving several tables that had literally just walked in versus us. We weren't even offered water or coffee. Not sure why we were ignored but cleary the whole "first come, first served" thing doesn't apply here. Horrible service.
