2022 July: 5/5-friendly, clean restaurant, food was good...could be more efficient but just a very minor issue with this (server looked like he was new so no true concerns just needs to be trained better that is all)...
Terrible experience getting a mobile order. A mistake was made with the order, no apology, and definitely not an appropriate compensate. No regard for a customer’s wasted time and emotions. Shame on the supervisor for being arrogant and unwilling to compensate for making errors.
Steak and avocado wrap I had on Apr 6 was one of the best I've ever eaten. The manager here is pretty much magic, and I'm never disappointed.
Stopped in here a week ago for a sub on my way home. Staffer was very friendly and polite, and the sub/ingredients were fresh!

I've ate at this location several times, but have found in the last year the bread is always stale, the store is under staffed, and as I found out today they no longer offer parmesan cheese !
Food is generally decent. Coupons are what make it worth going.

We made an online order with 2 soups. Turns out there is no soup at this location and the owner refused to provide a proper refund or any help on this matter. So I paid $30 for 2 foot long subs. All the owner did was give us 2 old cookies and a gaterade. Extremely poor customer service from the OWNER. I won't be supporting this subway anymore and will travel longer for a better experience. Extremely disappointed
