2:33 pm 2 associates working the gentleman was very courteous but the lady working wis ignorant did not listen to my order when she messed up my sub by not listening and putting a completely different sub then decided instead of just making a new one she would then just pick the toppings off like the vinaigrette dressing would not have already seeped through while she decided then to agrue with me about my sub saying she already did this when clearly I was watching her it got to the point where I didn't even want to see her face and just wanted to deal with the gentleman subway please take not of this disrespectful customer service this will be the last time I visit this location even though it's 4 minutes from my house I'll take my business elsewhere , I wish I could have just dealt with the gentleman as I would have given 5 star no way am I disrespectful to culture or woman either this was just rude
The gentleman serving me kept insisting that I asked for chicken. Forgot to make all four subs at first. Asked for four meals, charged me incorrectly. Over charged for drinks, as it wasn't explained what came with the children's meals. Had to ask three times about the cookies that came with the meals, and still didn't receive the right amount.It was a bit of a mess from the start. His coworker jumped in to assist and then with a bit of snark in her voice said she'd "just give me the cookies". I just wanted my order....and to happily pay for what I ordered.What I found really disappointing was the lack of vegetables on all four subs. My 12" has three pickles as an example. I'm not sure if they're trying to save a buck. But as a customer, I'm noticing a big difference in the quality of food, service and quantity.Rather disappointing, I've been coming to this Subway for about 12 years now. Not sure if I'll return.
When you have to go home and add your own topping because they will only put 6-10 pieces of spinach on your sub. You won’t be impressed. Not the employees fault it’s the owners and their “food cost”. Please it’s spinach, practically grows in your backyard. Fail. You won’t see my money again. How does that suit your “food cost”?
This is the first time I ever I’ve come to this location. Online it says that they are open until 9pm and I came around 8:40 and the two ladies working there, One was tall with brown hair and braces and the other one was a bigger blonde lady said that they shut off the toaster and that they can serve me but won’t toast my sandwhich. I said that we don’t eat our food unless it is toasted and the still refused ! They were rude and they didn’t greet me coming inside and while leaving. Thank goodness there was another subway 5 mins away on Yonge street…. I got great service there.

I feel sorry for the great employees that do work here. But this place needs to be shut down.
Absolutely filthy. Food containers all cross contaminated with other food. Using dirty knives, grill tray covered in food. Workers didn't change gloves once andd served 3 people while I was there. Dirty work area and litter all over the place. Should be shut down
Wow, for $12.99 I expected an average size salad. Was hopeful for a large. What I received was a extra small chicken bacon ranch salad. Ridiculously small. I feel so ripped off almost embarrassed. Never will I order a salad from that company nor anything else for that matter. $12.99 for that....you've got to be efin kidding me!????
I don't like to write negative review but this was the bad subway i have ever. The guy who was helping me out didn't know what he's doing. Didn't put sauces in my sub, asked him to toast it after toppings he was like cant do coz we put the veggies? Bruh are you serious? They didn't have veggie patty that every subway carries. What the heck. I just paid $12 on the tasteless piece of bread. Guy had no information at all. I'm done
Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Had an online order was told it was ready. Came to the location and the employee had to ask me what was on the sub and proceeded to make other people’s order. Eventually got my sub and opened it at home, completely not edible.
