This is the best subway in all of barrie, I’ve gone to it many times because it’s close to where I live and it’s consistently good and fresh. I’ve never gone here to get a sub and had a bad experience.. the bread is always fresh, the toppings are always fresh, the sub is always put together nicely. I think it’s owned by a family but I could be wrong, but the workers are always welcoming and polite. ?? 10/10
Unfortunately due to lack of time, i just ordered 2 footlong subs online through mobile app. When i went home and going to eat, i could not find proper veggies in my order. It was like having only 35% of veggies in my order. While eating i was feeling like eats a normal bread with putting anything inside. It was the worst experience of eating subway in my whole life. I will never suggest anyone to order through mobile on this store. The owner is very miser. All in all, very bad experience ???
This Subway restaurant has to be by far the best subway in the city! They provide exceptional customer service - whether it is to customize your order or having an issue, They will resolve the situation. Additionally, they have an outstanding group of employees who serve you very fresh and delightful food. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the best restaurants in Barrie and it's gotta be one of the cleanest as well, even during the pandemic all the proper measures were taken to ensure safety of both customers and employees. The employees always serve you with a smile and always make the best subs.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for around 5 years and it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I was really furious to see one of the reviews talk about how "Dirty place; dirty approach; the staff handles all kinds of meat with the same plastic gloves". I respectfully disagree with this statement because I am a strict vegetarian and I told that to the employee and he handled my sub in a careful manner by avoiding meat and I was truly impressed by this and asked how they handleded the food with such care. They replied with "We are all strict vegetarian as well so we understand your situation". Even during busy hours if you tell them that your vegetarian they will handle your food with extra care. This restaurant is always clean no matter the time or day, during covid times this restaurant followed and mandated protocols that ensured the safety of both customers and employees. So if your a vegetarian like me just tell them your vegetarian or can only eat some exceptions and they would be delighted to serve with care. Keep rocking it guys?

Just ordered from skip the dishes and asked them to do some modifications and they imminently said they will do it for me. Super nice staff! Let’s see how is the sub waiting for it! ?
