This subway location is fantastic ! Ive been stopping here or running out to this location quite a few years now. The guys here dont foo around ! They make a great sub ! Even when busy they get moving so they dont have you wait any longer then needed and always acknowledge you are there in line.Allways fresh and topped as ordered. Extra onions or peppers ? No problem ! I like this location. Quiet employies yes but very professional. Killer subs boys. Thanks
Good customer service and quick dealing with customers. Went at a slower time so not many people inside. Problem was, my sandwich was cross contaminated. I had politely informed the worker that I was vegan but my sandwich was handled with the same gloves as he used for other sandwiches which contained meat, dairy and egg. Even the knife he used to cut and pack the sandwiches were the same (no cleaning between sandwiches either). Very unfortunate as I quiet enjoy grabbing subway occasionally but don't believe I'll be back to this particular location.

The subway here is really good. Some workers balance the sauce, meat and vegetables but others don't. So it really matters who's working on that day. The workers are all very friendly and I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

0 stars!!! Scam location on big bay has higher prices than all other subway locations. When I asked when the prices increased employee could not give a straight answer. I thought franchisees follow all the same pricing?? Even if there is an increase, what kind of product goes up $3.00 in less than 24 hrs. Was curious about it and called 3 other locations within a 5-10 km range and they all said there has been no increases lately and confirmed the pricing as usual.
Was there for the first time i have to say it was great least they had cold cuts not like the one i useally goto. The two working were good one was friendly the other not so much but hey its subway. Sub taste good
This place gives a good amount of toppings and is great, only problem is other people know this too so it can be busy. Great place 5 stars
Been there a 100's of times thought the last few years. I dont know what happened with the new ownership over the last year or more, but standards are dropping. Also, the last 3 times I went and ordered combos with cookies, I didn't get any cookies. I get sometimes it gets busy, but it almost feels like the staff are hoping you don't check your order for missing items, so they can make more money. Worst case is someone notices and has to wait in line to complain. But the lines are long so most people don't.
