Went to drive-thru on a a Thursday evening ~7:30. Drive-thru had significant amount of garbage/paper/Starbucks wrappers laying all over the road. Informed the employee at the window and was told “that’s the downside of a drive-thru.” No it is not. It’s the business responsibility to ensure their garbage is handled appropriately. The appropriate response would have been “let me or one of coworkers go clean that up.”
We loved this place! The staff were so friendly and inviting! They accommodated our various order requests, and when they heard I'd been in an accident earlier in the day, they asked how I was and offered me a drink on the house. I wish I lived much closer as I would go to this specific location all the time. It was my partner's birthday and the staff made her feel extra special! ???
Connor served us in the drive through on Saturday. Absolute ray of sunshine and overall just a great worker. He served us with a smile and genuinely cared about our days and making a lasting impression. We won’t forget you Connor, thank you for being the best!
Macy has a good singing voice and is even at better customer service. Shout out to Macy bringing some heart to the corporate giant that is Starbookoos.
I go to this Starbucks every morning and the drive thru is always fast and the people are extremely friendly. I’ve never had an off experience.
this is my regular starbucks that i go to and they are always so friendly even at 6 in the morning! they make drinks just how you ask and great customer service!

My favourite starbucks in barrie. The staff here are great. I never wait too long for service- no matter the time of day. They go above and beyond. Never mistakes made on my orders. And they are always more than willing to correct the mistakes of other stores. I rarely go elsewhere !! They are out of my way and Jess and her team are the best.
Curly hair is painful to watch work. Idk if it's the sloth speed or the just being oblivious but it's good.
I usually go in at night time, and the staff are always awesome! They night shift staff are so friendly, and work hard to ensure you are satisfied. Kelsey is one of the best Baristas I have come across, and she deserves a raise for her hard work and hospitality. Always glad to go to this location and study.
