Excellent customer service. I had come across Jason two times and he/they were very friendly and absolutely amazing at the drive thru ??

I have been a long time customer of this location since it opened and my daughter worked here. I went to order my drink that has a slight modification. (Sub fraproast for coldbrew) I was told they couldn’t make the substitution. After speaking with a manger at this location to clarify, I am now Concerned they are not following proper cleaning protocol. After this substitution being declined i asked customer service if this was standard. Have they been making my drink all this time when they shouldnt have? This was something corporate said they should be able to substitute. However, the manager at this location said that this simple substitution would contaminate the pitchers. I thought coffee was coffee? I no longer feel that this location wants to make the moment right for it's customers. This was never a problem that my family had when Tanya was the acting manager. I unfortunately will not be returning to what I used to consider one of the best stores in Barrie.

Been coming to this location for many times.. and mostly ordered Tentra Mango Dragon Fruit no ice or little ice... this time they didnt even fill it..not even full.. when I asked why it was short.. one of the staffs said.. cause you have no ice.. and the bubble went down.. that was a very lame/B.S explanation...I had been ordering this drinks many times.. I cant have too cold drink. Went to ParkPlace Starbucks.. no problem and full as always.Called customer service right away. Don't go to this location!!!!

I went to this location and got a strawberry coconut drink with the ice basically filled to the top of the cup, and they did not even add any strawberries neither they advised beforehand that they were out of it. I’m very disappointed, not worth at all what I paid for.

I used to like this location but the past 10 times iv been there I noticed the prices have increased noticeably and 7/10 times iv gotten beverages that arnt even full like this frappe. Paying more money isn’t the problem but when you give me less product that’s a problem probably won’t return to this location literally will go out of my way to live 8 way. Picture that’s a grande And essentially was given a tall with extra whip

I have been ordering here for 5 years sometimes 3 times a day and today the soy milk police decided to get into an all out argument with me about ordering too much soy milk in my coffee. If I don’t ask for more I get it black because this woman really doesn’t like me, then tells me I’ve been told before about paying for extra, as though they’re doing me a favour and I’m not a paying customer giving them lots and lots of money. Won’t be back, after 5 years they could care less about customer service. Shame on you Starbucks Mapleview that’s very sad and a true testament to how very little anyone cares about customer service anymore.

This place takes too long to make a simple drink. If the baristas talked less and focused on making drinks, customers would get out faster. I did not appreciate have to wait over 10 minutes for two drinks and a marshmallow bar. One barista decided to chat with a customer for so long while I was waiting for my second drink. Another barista was cleaning the wall before she decided to make my drink. No one should have to wait so long for simple drinks and as someone who goes to Starbucks a lot, I know how long to wait for a drink. Avoid this place if you want decent service. If I could give this less than one star, I would in a heartbeat.

I love to grab Starbucks with the girlies while our children are at practice. Had an incident here a while ago that is not very live laugh love. We decided to go through the drive through. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. When the barista was going to hand me my drink she flipped it completely upside down and the contents fell onto the ground. I WAS STUNNED. She quickly realized what she did and apologized right away saying “Oh my gosh I’m so sorry! I’m new here I used to work at Dairy Queen!” She remade my drink and apologized again. With peace and love I will not be coming here again in the near future.

Generally completes orders quickly and accurately. If the drive thru line is out to the road, just do a mobile order instead and walk in to pick it up. Otherwise, it’s a Starbucks! It’s what you would expect.

I live in a small town 1 hour from this Starbucks location. I was in the area for an oil change, and decided to treat myself to some Starbies as I don’t have one closer to home. I went through the drive-thru (this my first time at a Starbucks drive-thru) and I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic voice when I ordered. When I got to the window the employee was also friendly and made short conversation with me as they waited for my drink order. My experience was amazing and I was so surprised at the level of service, friendliness, and professionalism I received. You don’t get this kind of drive-thru service at competitor coffee shops!
