Doesn’t follow order properly. Second time ordering from Uber Eats, and they didn’t pack straws. Then I came to notice that I was given a plain croissant instead of chocolate. Funny thing is, the sticker said chocolate. Seems like the employees have a total loss of direction or care. When I called, the employee didn’t seem to care and her “apology” seemed petty. Told me that I have to deal with Uber. I don’t think Uber should be held accountable for their packaging or mistakes, when they simply pick up orders and deliver them. They should take more credit for their mistakes.
This afternoon we purchased almost 200$ (the parfum and makeup stuff); Hausten was the cashier and he was not nice and friendly to us, no smile, no kindness… Because of the items we had to shop from this location and we regret to deal with him.
I was very disapointed when I got my delivery order. I had NO straws for my fraps and NO caramel drizzle on my drink. I paid an extra 80 cents for it!!!not cool essa, not cool.

Good service but seating should be reorganized for tables of 2 or 4 given the COVID measures. The big table is a waste of space.
They don't take app orders. Which means if you order in store, you won't have to wait long for those app orders in line

Went for a pickup order and 2 people sitting in store were not wearing masks and staff did nothing. My order was also wrong but did get a free cookie. Still not worth catching covid because of 2 idiots. Both old enough to know better
Great customer service and nice location (however no drive thru), doesn't have a lot of seating inside but provides additional seating outside which is nice.
