i stopped at this location on my way to and from my cottage this year, and the staff were absolutely amazing for both of my visits. giving specific drink suggestions, complimenting my shirt, drawing a sunshine on my lid and telling me that i reminded them of the beach and happiness… if this was my local starbs i would be overjoyed to visit often. i hope the staff are treated well by management and getting the recognition they deserve. keep being wonderful
The staff at this location are among my very favourite. The service is also fast and the cafe and washrooms are clean.

Every time I’ve gone to this specific Starbucks I’ve received the wrong order. Today I asked for an iced chai latte and although the drink was right this time, (it’s been wrong in the past) they somehow charged me $22 for just the one drink. Luckily I caught the mistake and was able to get a refund. The employees are always very nice at this location but the service is just awful unfortunately :/ I’d recommend going to another Starbucks if you’d like your order made right.
This location is easily one of the best Barrie. Admittedly the drive-thru is not well put together, but that's not the fault of the staff. Throughout the pandemic they have kept on providing both good drinks and good service! Cody is always so diligent and caring!
The staff are always nice and helpful. However, almost every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve received the wrong drink or it’s just not made correctly as the way I ordered it. There’s nothing too complicated about my orders, some of the staff just need to just take an extra second to proof-read the order label and ensure they make customers’ drinks properly before handing them out. Otherwise good service here.
Came by today to get a drink and the staff was not helpful and the manager was not understanding when I called about the issue at the drive thru. They did not care. It was not the issue that has upset me but the lack of value they place on repeat customers which should be their top priority. I will not go back. Very disappointed as I love to spend my money at Starbucks.
One of the most reliable Starbucks with ample parking. No drive thru. Only McDonald's has the drive thru. Corners of Kingston Road and Liverpool in Plaza.
The customer service at this location is always absolutely amazing!!! I have never been to a location where the baristas are so talkative and genuine. They are so happy to help when I am feeling like ordering something a little bit different
Went through deive through for a latte of some sort. Had a headache so my usual matcha latte wasn't going to cut it. They very helpfully suggested other flavours and I ended up with a peppermint latte. Very yummy. Friendly staff! Thanks
