Stacked pancake is a very nice place to go to for breakfast however i have a bad experience the waiter seems asif she was rushing us when we came in to ordee the moment me sat down at 1240pm which we had lots of time i order coffee and i ask for more didt bring the coffee until my meal came. Her name is Diana didt have enough napkins at the table there was no warm welcome upon arrival basically very disapoimted so i gave 2 stars becauae her demeanor sucks but pancake was lovely overall
I used Skip The Dishes to order pancakes from Stacked today. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes, added breakfast sausage, and in the comments requested extra syrup. I've ordered pancakes before and the syrup wasn't enough. When my order arrived, instead of giving me extra syrup, they gave me none at all. Eating dry pancakes is like eating salad without salad dressing - disgusting. I threw them out. I couldn't get my money back since I did receive the item. It might sound dramatic, but I was starving and these pancakes were all I had to look forward to today. I was absolutely so very disappointed. It ruined my whole day. It's a pancake place, literally called Stacked, you'd think they'd understand the importance of maple syrup. I will not be ordering from them again, nor will I ever return, or recommend them to anyone. Very sad.
Perfect breakfast place with lots of vegetarian options. Quantity was amazing and taste was fabulous. Loved it so much.
I've only ever ordered take out. The service has been incredible, every time. I've never had any issues with my orders. Taste is great and Value is even better. I will continue to be a returning customer. One of these days I will dine in! LOL
Went in stood at the door for a little, noticed staff were busy so I proceeded to look at the menu to figure out what I wanted. After figuring out my order, turned back around to stare at the staff in hopes that someone could at least acknowledge me. Had a girl walk up to me just looking at me, no introduction or did she ask if i was dining in, I initiated the conversation stating that i was ordering to go and she said ok and walked away… waited for a while again no one came back to take my order. Passing time looked back at the menu only to hear the door open behind me and before it even got the chance to close, there was someone greeting them and getting them seated. Still waiting to even get my order taken, i walked out and lef di ppl dem and dem dutty ways inna dem place. And whosoever can understand dis last part a dis smt, be ware seh dem nuh rate wi like dem rate fi dem own. Betta yuh guh spend u dutty money inna a place weh ago treat u di right way.Edit: the continued lack of acknowledgment absolutely proves my point… it is 2022 you need to do better
Gluten free waffle was very tasty. Staff are friendly and kitchen is very fast. Only note, I thought sweet cream would mean whipped cream but it actually meant frosting which was a little sweet in addition to Nutella.
Terrible customer service lady was absolutely disgusting and rude over the phone. Not a great thing to do for when you open back up so good one server.
The food is delicious. The pancakes are light fluffy seroiusly the best I have ever had. The portions are massive..your coffee cup is never empty...and I was impressed to find out they had sugar free syrup...you won't be disappointed...this is a gem..
Amazing service. I ordered through Uber eats and the staff threw in a ribbon for my girlfriend's birthday! Thank you so much for making her birthday just that much more special!
