Everytime I come here the service is the same, not very attentive to customers but maybe that's what works for them in this area ??♀️Did the 'wingsanity' last night, we got 2 lbs initial order with fries and 4 wings each thereafter. Wings are always good, we ordered a side of nachos which looked ok, never enough salsa for the size of chips you get but then again maybe people don't like salsa in this location ??♀️ and cheese was all at bottom so if you love cheese and want it after you finish the chips this is the perfect nachos.Wasn't really there for the service as I know what to expect from previous visits but it is a nice atmosphere and great wings
I’m giving one star because it’s the minimum, but this place really deserves a zero star. I paid $54 dollars for a tiny amount of food and left with an empty stomach. The waitress served me a burger and did not even offer condiments. When I asked about portion size she mentioned that it was standard and left it at that. We feel belittled as customers and used. This experience was so frustrating that we left on our empty stomachs and went somewhere else to eat. I would never recommend that anyone come here unless they want to have a terrible experience. We are never returning to this cheap joint ever again!!!
The taste of food was Okay but the portion was way too small. For $24 you get 4 tiny wings and half a rack of ribs. I left on an empty stomach and had to go somewhere else to eat. This is highway robbery!!
Sign out front clearly says “all you can eat wings” no date. Step into restaurant and they say oh no that ended Sunday and today is Tuesday. I point to the sign her reply to bad so sad it over. Won’t be going back
After we ordered it took 15 mins to get drinks to our table(1 glass of beer, 1 pitcher)& 45 mins for food. The pitcher had at 4 inches of foam on top, and one of our 3 orders of wings were cold and the other was the wrong order. They were out of table ketchup, and honey garlic sauce(What kind of a wing place runs out of honey garlic?!) and the staff let a non service animal into the restaurant. This dog was jumping on people who walked by the table. Our table was sticky.If staff worried about helping customers instead of pretending to lock up all the patio furniture at night the place would run a lot better. Management needs to step in before this place completely goes off the rails.. Love St. Louis but would recommend ANY other location.
Always enjoy St. Louis. Had maple chipotle dry rub wings, my new favourite! Grandson had the Mason's Brownie and he absolutely loved it!
Shrimp looked and tasted like it's been reused from other dishes, poutine gravy cold..(( Service good, not so much the food..
We were a group of eight for a late lunch. Our server, Lujza was lovely. She took all orders from memory and was just so pleasant. Everyone seemed very pleased with meals & draft beers.
Floors were sticky. Chairs were sticky. Wings were a dark brown dried out colour. Asked for dry rub. They were not dry rub. Veggie sticks were old. Cucumber was slimy. Just an overall bad experience
Horrible Service, food was disgusting and cold. Not impressed. I see why I go to Wild Wing instead.
