Order from skip, and chicken was wet when I got it, fries were soggy and I felt sick 2 hours after eating it. This place used to be good but standards are no longer a thing here.
A very good option to eat halal chicken fry. I also like their poutine. Prices are reasonably good. But I feel drinks are mixed with water. Coke, Diet Coke & Fanta does not taste good.
The staff here is always friendly, the restaurant is clean. The food is great! Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for your food, but hot, fresh tasty food is worth the wait. I've been to other Popeye's but this one is the best one I've been to.
So you can't stay on top of your pop machine. That's fine. McDonald's can't keep up with the ice cream orders and their machines are broken all the time. But when your customers wait in line to bring their drink back, instead of enjoying their meal, they are not trying to sabotage your business or save $2. They're having to waste their time just so they can get what they paid for, the first time they had to wait. Be courteous. Don't argue with them. If you can't fix the machine, let them know that you can't fix the machine and give them an alternative. Good job with everything else.
Staff was confused. Manager had to come up and repack order while everyone stood around. It was lunch time but not really that busy. Food was good. Ice machine was out so pop was room temperature. I'd still go back and give it another try. Staff were friendly.
Awesome value for the money.It's often hard to hear or understand the individuals taking the orders due to pandemic plastic shields and masking.I recommend this place to my work colleagues.
Ordered a 12 nugget platter and asked for fries and mashed potatoes. That’s when things went colossally wrong.Asked if it was possible to substitute a small gravy for the drink, after much confusion on their end was told “okay”. Ended up voiding my platter and making me pay separately for each item so cost me more than to just add a small gravy to my order. Fine.Get home, no mashed potatoes and 8 nuggets.What. The. Hell.
Decent prices and food, onion rings a little wierd, kinda chalky cornstarch flavor but spicy fish sandwich was on point, chicken Sammie was good and so were the fries. Will visit again.
I try to avoid fast food in general, but this time I was really hungry heading back from work and started my shift on Uber Eats... so I pulled in and got myself a mini sandwich special with coleslaw and drink...All came to $7.75 after taxes and I'm glad to say I was full afterwards. The chicken was not the best, but value and flavor were there. Overall fast eat and good, pleasant, and quick service at this location.
This place is great. The staff is amazing! The manager is really friendly and helpful. The food... Well, in a word... delightful.
