Maybe the best ponzo around here. Very solid.Not many places left where 10 bucks gets you a tasty & filling nosh.
Ordered from the mobile application and didn't received the order till 2 hours. When tried calling their outlet they didn't give any proper answers and customer service didn't picked up the call after trying for 5 times. Really dissatisfied with their service.

Good service and the dining room was clean, but 15-20 minutes is way too long a wait for a chicken sandwich if they're trying to be a quick fast food option.
Like they could do with more hands that visit of ours. Used table wasn't cleaned person who took our order apparently was either new or someone who came to pick up an order because he didn't quite know where things were. In all the pizza and chicken wings we ordered was okay. Their washroom leaves a lot to be desired.
I left my two sons home alone with a twenty each to order themselves dinner. They both chose pizza pizza for delivery and were very excited about living their movie-life fantasy of paying the bill while their mom was away. The bill came to 22 dollars which they gave him the fourty and asked for 15 in change. Unfortunately the delivery driver said he didn't have any change, seeing they are youths home alone he figured he would take advantage. I called pizza pizza three times over this matter as I would think a company should be concerned about who is delivering their food, not to mention I would assume it would be part of the job if collecting cash to have adequate change and stealing fr customers is never ever okay. Pizza pizza has led me on through various phone calls and promised even the driver would come to my house to return the money and he never showed. Very dissapointed with this first experience for my son's and me and will NEVER trust this company to care for all their clientele young or old, again.
Not only do they neglect their delivery orders for over an hour and a half at a time, they completely give you multiple wrong items or outright forget to include items you preordered for, and expect you to accept it after hours(aka already spent money ahead of time for). Spend your money at literally any other location in barrie if you really like this cardboard pizza franchise THAT much. Good grief this location is a neglectful as they are incompetent. The fact ive dealt with this EXACT issue on multiple occasions so far speaks volumes to that. A "broken printer" isn't a reasonable excuse for being nearly 2 hours late with the complete wrong order (not even close to what I ordered)No care, poor service, and outright laughable excuses. You're better off microwaving pizza pops than spending your money at this laughingstock of a local franchise. Utterly embarrassing
I ate pizza frequently at pizza pizza but today it was amazing pizza experience. OM Patel made perfect pizza, the cheese, toppings and base was properly cooked. Must try pizza from his hand.
I made a special trip here as there was a posting here in late Jan. 2022 saying it was open for dine-in. It is NOT, even as of Feb. 22!! So, NO dine-in!!!It's March 15 now, after taking them up on their offer to contact them. All I've gotten is their standard boilerplate and empty promises and it's still marked as dine-in when it's NOT!!
2 weeks ago i went into the store and ordered 1 bottle of rootbeer then the worker at the front counter shockingly asked if i lived around there and how he can pick up strippers around there. I was feeling really uncomfortable and saddened the fact that i always ordered take-out there and i hear that coming from one of your own staff ?. I am so dissapointed and never would come back hear again and surprising that ppl saying how it took someone 7 times to say there order from the lady like you guys needta get better staffing really don't just apologize and say how your gonna make it right. just do it!! ?
