Ordered half and half pizza for pepperoni and extra cheese and just cheese on the other half for vegetarian, received full pepperoni and single cheese. Told was sending a new cheese pizza and they lied saying it the driver was around the corner and we never received it. These new owners are horrible with quality and customer service and timing.
This location hooked it up, ordered a panzerotti, with 3 toppings plus extra cheese,, they listened and made it super cheesy deep fried cheesy goodness ?
Staff is very nice and friendly. Pizzas are pretty good. Service is quick.
Pizza is now 10 times better than last year. Friendly staff and order ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
Never really liked pizza pizza and I am continously reminded why in each experience.
We placed our order tonight. The delivery man came to our door of our apartment and I paid and was given my items. There was an item missing (funnel stix) and I told the gentleman that and he told me I was incorrect. I told him to wait a moment as I had my receipt on my phone. He left and I caught up to him in his vehicle and yelled excuse me- he looked at me, almost hit me with his vehicle and sped away. He even had a passenger in his car!!The store is now closed and I can't contact them about this. ALmost hit me because he clearly didn't want to correct the mistake. SO, I'm here with a caramel sauce for the funnel stixs I "didn't order".
Went to this location this afternoon due to convenience instead of my usual pizza place. This will be my first and last time at this location. It took the girl behind the counter almost 3 minutes to even come to the counter, she was just standing in front of the ovens. When she did approach all I was greated with is "what do you want". I ordered my 3 slices of pizza 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese. Instead of charging 6 dollars for their 2 for 6 deal she tried charging full price, when addressing the issue she sighed and said yea I guess and corrected it. She then threw the slices in the oven for less than 2 minutes. While pizzas were in the oven she was standing there coughing walked to the back of the store (still in view) and 30 seconds later came back to the cash without hand washing. Your staff needs to learn better customer service skills and hygiene practices. Will not be returning. I'll stick with domino's
Advertising under a different name through UberEats (chicken chicken) to boost sales is as slimey as roofing companies creating multiple titles to provide neighborhoods with numerous priced quotes in hopes to appeal to each demographic of consumer. It's also just sad.. just get & make better chicken ?Response to owner: how about you just be a solid business owner and stop misleading people into order your food cause sales are down. Make better & do better.
This pizza pizza location is a joke. We order 4 medium pizzas and all four of them had no tamperproof seal done up, easily could’ve been tampered with. One pizza was also lacking most of its toppings. We call customer service and we are told they are sending 4 new pizzas. We are then told it will be 20-25 minutes but end up waiting 45 minutes and are only given the one pizza with 4 “sealed for freshness” stickers as if just to mess with us. Waited on hold for 30 minutes just to be told we could only get a refund for 3 of the pizzas even though the single pizza sent after took longer than their promise time. Disgusting, worst customer service we’ve ever gotten. Never again.
Ordered a panzo and asked for double sauce, cheese and chicken. It was good but didn't seem like there was the extra sauce. It was a large serving though regardless of the sauce.
