The last several times I’ve tried to order in store I’ve been ignored for 15+ minutes standing at the counter by staff.They’re too busy with their 11 delivery tablets to acknowledge anyone actually walking in.This is extremely disappointing because I used to come here all the time and it was my favourite pizza place in Barrie and now I can’t even get served because they’re too busy with online orders.
Ordered on their website, asked for a specific pick up time to pick it up. They obviously ignored that and made it right away. No apologies, no reduction in price, even though they admitted the error. Pizza was not worthy of the garbage can.
Order a pizza with double cheese for a pickup at a specified time on their website. Got there at the exact time, guy behind counter said it’s been ready for a long time now. Told him I asked for a specific time on the order, he looks at it and says “oh yeah”. Charged full price, pizza was dried out, and if that was double cheese, I’d hate to see regular cheese. Never again

Best pizza place in the town. I do delivery job as well and the staff is always friends and cooperative. I’ve seen some other delivery drivers being rude with staff and I didn’t like it so I specifically writing review to let everyone know that people who are working are really nice.Best place for late night snacks :)

I always orders from Pizzapeople their service is great and hardworking staff, my family enjoyed the food and the loaded fires has tons of cheese.Truly best pizza in barrie!
