Very bad experience as some of the other reviews had. Was given one price then it changed at the door and even though I asked for itemized reciept they couldn’t provide it. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from them again
They need to redo their website and app. I placed an order online and the total was $59 with taxes and delivery free i also received a email copy of the receipt. When the delivery driver came to the door the order price jumped up to $71!!! Apparently the $6 delivery fee I was charged on my receipt was the base and they will add on KM fees without notifying the customer! I did not receive a call to notify me of the change of price or I would have cancelled. The driver was very nice and I felt bad for him as he had to deal with the restaurant trying to scam a customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR ORDERING PROCESS!! They should pay their delivery drivers more instead of trying to gouge their customers with insane delivery fees!
Always friendly, quick, clean and fresh. A much better pizza than from your typical chains. My family loves getting take out from Pizza Palace. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for a good pizza, and better yet one you can keep going back to cold this is your place. Even the wings are perfectly cooked.
We moved here 3 weeks ago and I'm not lying when I say we've ordered their pizza a half dozen times already. We had my sons 3rd birthday last week and originally thought we'd order from a chain before we moved in. Once we had their pizza that thought went straight out the window and we were happy to call this small business with our large order and share their delicious food with our family and friends. We've yet to try anything else but we definitely will be. Above all else they are very friendly too. You really can't beat them.
The food was made quickly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, pricing is competitive and the best part is that the pizza is awesome! We got a deluxe pizza, a hawaiian panzerotti and a cheese/pepperoni panzerotti. Will definitely go back... too bad its out of town for us or it would be our regular spot.
