Was good, friendly service and they had my son’s slice ready quick. Only issue was that despite it being dinner time, it was dried out and hard unfortunately which he didn’t enjoy
Terrible customer service. This one time I went in and the owner was bashing people who are vaccinated. I told him I was vaccinated. Moving forward each time I’ve gone in he’s treated me terribly. Last time I just stood there for five minutes while he stood around by the oven. I had to call him over for service. And he still ignored me and gave me attitude. The impression he gives off is that this is some Italian Godfather movie when it’s just a pizza store. Please don’t go here.

This pizza nova in Barrie has been very disappointing, they sent a wrong order, I called & complained a report & the call centre agent said he wanted the product back for further investigation. Do your service right so you wouldn’t have any situation like this!The owner needs to do right with his employees because as I am reading the reviews, this location has been making wrong orders to people who pay money to this awful place. Train your employees correctly & have proper sanitation!
Outstanding service and pizza, it could be the franchise but the italian owner makes it personal, best pizza nova in town(and beyond). Make sure to stop by and chat with the owner, he'll sure appreciate your visit. Coming back
Picked up medium size pepperoni walk-in pizza. Instead of pepperoni replaced with chicken. Phoned ahead of time.Including taxes cost was $11.65
Ordered Greek bruschetta pizza, says it in the receipt yet it was not the right pizza delivered.
We Purchased a slice of pizza here today around 1:30pm. We both got sick after eating it, we have no food allergies/intolerances. We both got mild food poisoning. I’m assuming the slices sat out for a long time or the ingredients were gone bad. Red flag. Will not be returning.
Love this pizza never had a bad Pizza yet and we have been ordering from here for years staff an owner are always pleasant ?
Not bad pizza but when it's 2 min drive and takes over a hour to get it brought to you that is sad.
