It's a good place, only for pick up and delivery. The problem is that they don't receive one hundred dollar bill. My ticket was almost forty dollars.
The pizza is amazing, still brings back memories of being a kid. However their customer service at the Bellfarm road location is awful. It took over an hour for them to deliver, when you try and call they don’t answer.If your ordering from Pizza Hut don’t use this location.
I hate to give even one star. The staff are rude. Especially staff named Vishnu is really rude to the customers. He is swearing at a old lady who came to pick up her pizza with her grand kids. Please show some respect to your customers.
Online ordering has personal size pizza but store says they are out if it. Trying to make more money by selling small size pizza
I ordered many times from here , but from last three or four time , the quality of pizza is very poor , I never expect from you guys. Really, this pizza Store is worst , I have never see like this . I prefer to people try other Pizza Hut or other restaurant but not the bell farm one.
I love pizza hut but recently the pineapple at this location tastes off. So if your weird like me and enjoy pineapple on your pizza I'd go for something else. Other then that friendly staff and speedy service
Worst pizza ever. I got a crispy pizza with just sauce on it on Friday ! I called them and told them to slow down on other peoples’ orders because the way they made my pizza was dead wrong. I won’t be ordering from them again !!!!

I had a long wait to make my order which is fine with protocols , but I was informed at 7 pm it would be 20 minutes.i had to keep asking if my pizza was ready so I needed to go back into the long lineup to see if it's ready. The lady begind the counter had no idea what was what or who was who. I ended up getting my food 745 and only after I asked the 3rd time and it was already in the finished oven. They need a helper at the counter to ensure the food is given to the customer as it's ready or some other system. That was very frustrating. Other point of concern I ordered a 14 inch pizza at full price and asked if I could order the 5.00 plus option. I was told it's no longer in place ,I asked why it's still being promoted in their front window and no response. I still ordered and paid for the large bread sticks but thought she was lying. I just received a notice promoting the 5 plus deal which tells me something is off here. I feel lied too and as a customer not a good customer experience.
Best food I ever had. The pizza was cooked very well, always order every Sunday, will be visiting more often now as the food is getting much better each time we order there.
