Disgusting, I order a $9 sandwich and it was filled with 3 teensy thin as air cut pieces of meat nestled in a thick hotdog bun.. tasted like garbage. From the moment I walked in there they assumed I was part of the drunken crowd, to be taken advantage of, guy at the cash was the rudest most pompous a$$. When I asked if this was normal, he was so rude, they didn’t even try to rectify anything. Worst service and disgusting food.. I think they are racist cause he coped an attitude the moment I walked in and I wasn’t being rude or boisterous. I’d give it 0 if it was an option. Btw there wasn’t even cheese on my cheese steak! TF?
Worst food poisoning I've had in along time. My weekend was ruined considering I ate this Friday night immediately was sick and have been now all the way to Sunday.
The cheesesteak was good (bit over-priced) but the fried were ridiculously dry, i had to request additional mayo with it, even so i couldn't finish it, and had to throw them. I would request the team to please work on the fries to make it more moist. Thank you.
I have gotten food from this place quite a few times and my last time ordering I decided to get an order of turtle cheesecake, it $9.49 so I figured that I would get a fairly good sized slice. When I say that the size I received is an underwhelming portion, it’s an understatement. I called the store and asked if this wedge of cheesecake was correctly priced or if they gave me the wrong slice. They said it is correct and that’s how they sell it. I voiced that I was extremely salty about paying that much for a solid two biter. All the supervisor had to say was that is how they do it. Robbery price for the dessert and garbage management solutions for customer service.
undercooked fries. piece of paper in my poutine. two strips of bacon literally placed on top. cold food. a wide open poutine in a bag. -1 star all for $10!! tried calling offcourse no one is answering.
This restaurant has always been sooo amazing with the taste and portion sizes. Tonight we ordered off of skip the dishes and were sooo disappointed with the lack of meat. My “Make it a salad” option I had to dig to even find some meat. My fiancés sandwich again very scarce portion of meat. Like when I saw barely any meat I mean less then what Subway puts on their sandwiches. Probably the last time we order here. Too expensive for a McDonalds portion size
Ordered skip and the fries were undercooked got the biggest size had to throw it away and the restraunt only wanted to refund me half the price after all said and done, Costco poutine is by far better and that's a grocery store. Quite sad. Also include cutlery with every out the door order I didn't have any as I'm working, so that was nice too.
Really love the sandwiches. The staff are very friendly. My only comment would be that it could be cleaner inside but otherwise it's decent for a quick meal
My husband and I feel in love with this place a couple of years ago and always enjoy the food! Sadly that was not the case tonight as our order looked as though it had been Assembled by a toddler who left it out for two day to soak in its own juices before wrapping and delivery. The bun reminded me of a dirty soggy dish sponge lift in the sink. As my husband called it “dirty sponge sandwich” we may have to rethink one of the only reason we go down town Barrie ? Left hungry and disappointed
Tonight they made a slight boo boo when we picked up two Greek poutines, and when we got back to the house and realized there was no tzatziki sauce on the tops of them, we called them. They were amazingly accommodating and personally delivered two brand new poutines and tonnes of tzatziki sauce. Thank you so much! We really appreciate your food and your service. Amazing job. Love this place. Would recommend.
