I am writing this review after approx. 6 visits over the last several months. This place has potential, but they need to step it up if they expect to see repeat customers patronizing their establishment.The Good:- The Atmosphere- The Cold Beer- The Free PopcornThe Bad:- Service staff could be friendlier and much more attentive.- The French Fries. They used to have the best fresh cut fries in Barrie, but have since switched to some sort of manufactured version, which are not even close to being comparable.5 star review if they can fix the service issue, and bring back their original french fries!
Been here a couple times now, and all have been truely excellent. Went with a coworker the other night and had wings, they were superior to the other big chains.
Went to front, looked at menu, placed order with server, dry ribs and beer, said i would be on patio, beer didnt come after 10 min despite only 1 other customer, went inside, server said she didnt know where i went but didnt check 4 table patio, or hear me i guess, dry ribs not very good, just cheap frozen boneless bits.. im sure could get better at costco.. boston pizza, now theres a dry rib! Overall experience re: service and food, disappointing to say the least. Not sure why ratings showing so high ?
I had wanted to try this place as it’s right around the corner from my house. It was fantastic! We had a dinner for 4 - everyone ordered something different and no one was disappointed. We will definitely be back!
I want to give your bar more than three stars. Bartending staff seems hit-and-miss; I have had great experiences here… but then I have experiences like today…To preface I do not expect to be attended to, but if I walk in and the bartender is sitting in a booth (seemingly unoccupied; bored, even) then the bartender is paying more attention to off-shift employees than the only customer in at the time (gossiping or such, not talking shop)…Not to tell you your business or how it should be run, but it makes me feel like my patronage clearly is not needed (and if that is how I feel, maybe others are experiencing the same).
Although night shift manager was good, worst staff ever seen in any restaurants and bars. It was almost 1:30 at night, they said we could order beer and take our time to drink. We ordered beer and paid our bill as the manager was insisting. After few minutes of serving the beer, they asked us to finish it quickly or they gonna throw it. It was because they did not get tips as much as they expected.
The service was prompt and the food was amazing. Haven't been served that fast in years. Paisley was our server and is well deserving of assistant manager. Great attention to detail and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience
The hostess was lovely and that was about all. Our table was sticky and we sat for about 20 min and no one came to take our order or even check on us. I tried to flag down a waiter or catch someone's gaze to no avail. We eventually got up and left... no point staying when we were already unhappy with our experience.

Nice layout, great food. Friendly staff. Lots of tvs. Had the pulled pork nachos, and the portion was large enough for a full meal of leftovers. Will be returning on the regular!
