I’ve been to many Panera’s in the city of Toronto this location here in Barrie is by far the worst. They are nothing like the locations in the city or the locations in Montreal. The staff works extremely rude and condescending. They didn’t want to correct the order till we asked for a manager or owners name. But we’re laughing in the back area saying rude comments saying they didn’t believe that someone has a allergy which is all ridiculous behavior. When the game start the corrected Order, it was extremely poor quality and had bits of lettuce that was going bad… for what you pay you can go to a real restaurant and get Quality made with care instead of this cheap garbage.
The food is great. I sadly won't be going back due to the really insane prices now. Its no longer an option for a family of 4 unfortunately. I'm giving 5 stars because, the quality and customer service is great. Its just not do-able for us anymore.
Don’t waste your money, you can make your own sandwich at home..! Absolutely horrible service and food was cold salad was old and the bread looked like someone just rip a piece and throw it in the bag.. never again
Placed a catering order for a funeral, 3 weeks ahead of the event. The order was $810 and to be picked up (no delivery needed). After placing the order, the General Manager Vu called to advise me that he could not do the order. I asked why the order could not be fulfilled and he informed me that he did not have the staff. As a manager of a business, I was very shocked that the General Manager would turn down this sale. This order was 3 weeks in advance giving plenty of time to schedule staff to make the order. If no staff, then maybe the General Manager should take on the task of doing the order to make the sales. Now, due to this poor business practice we are left trying to find other options for the funeral, plus waiting 7-10 business days for a refund back on my credit card for the order I placed. Panera Bread has great food but needs to replace this General Manager with someone who cares about the business and its customers.
Stop being rude and lazy and open your dining room. Your entire organization isn’t exactly doing very well compared to competitors, can you really afford to just…not have your locations open? Get it together.
I really enjoyed my Uber ears order of the Green goddess Cobb salad last week and decided to pick one up when I was out at park place Today. It was not the same!! There were way too many tomatoes, barely any dressing and pickled onions, and after looking it up online apparently it’s supposed to come with bacon! I feel like I just overpaid for some lettuce and tomato and a little bit of chicken.They definitely need to do better. Consistency is key!
Went through drive through today and the lady at the window was incredibly rude. We've been going through drive through regularly for the past 2 years because we like the food. After today's experience I don't know if we'll go back.
Went through drive through as indoor dining still isn’t an option here…. Ordered soup. Broccoli cheddar and chicken Thai. Soups were good. Absolutely no chicken in the chicke Thai soup and the baguette that was served was ripped apart. Completely unacceptable. Won’t be going back
This is what my warm bowl looked like when I opened it up. I thought the delivery guy went to town on my bowl. Aside from this the “warm” bowl was not warm despite it arrivg within 15 minutes of ordering. There was very Little of the toppings as u can see from my photo and tasted very dry and just very bland. I almost never give a bad review but this meal was so bad on every level… I need to mention that this is the large bowl. Only it arrived half empty. So disappointing.
Delicious food. Always fast service! The prices are definitely high, but it’s worth it. The Mac & Cheese is great!
