The store owner deserves to go to jail because he doesnt know how to treat his employees and the person who dont know to treat his employee dont reserve any recognition in the society and this place is 100% not recommended and if possible do a complaint or put a google review just like me about this store, so that the owner can learn a valuable lesson that how to treat his employees.
I ordered two falafel wrap and when I started to eat I found chicken pcs in falafel wrap and I went to store and tell them to remake and they agree to do that, once again I started to eat remake falafel wrap and found chicken pc , really disappointed service of this store if you are vegan or vegetarian I will not recommend this store to any one.
Best Osmows location in Barrie. I live in Oro so the closest location is the north end one but I make a point of visiting this south end Big Bay Point location because their service is so much better, and the food is more fresh also. The staff here is always super helpful, especially the first time I visited when they kindly answered all the questions I had about their food as I am vegan. Thanks so much for being awesome!
Every time I order half and half they sprinkle some fries and cover with rice. Definitely not half and half! Ridiculous

Came in the evening craving for a beef shawarma, this was the first time I've had one from Osmows. The wrap size was decent and larger beef portions compared to other shawarma places. The only downfall was the fact mayo was added to the garlic sauce, which is typically not added in the traditional middle eastern recipes.The second thing I really didn't appreciate was the fact the beef was chewy and had several strands of unchewable fat... beef should be marinated with some red wine vinegar to help tenderize the meat before it's cooked on the griddle. This is important especially if the beef is not being slow roasted on the shawarma spit.Otherwise it was a good experience and will be back again.
Absolute best place for shawarma in town! Every single time I have visited, they maintain the same taste and quality. Other places do not spread the base sauce on the pita bread but here, the sauce, veggies and meat are equally spread in the roll. My go to place for shawarma and fries. Great staff and amazing management!
I was really impressed with how fresh and authentic the food is at this place. Im looking forward to going back and trying more things off the menu. I had the chicken on rocks this time and it was delicious! The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming! Best shawarma place around!
Ordered via Uber eats and this was the first and last time we order from osmows. My husband had a long hair in his chicken wrap, my chicken wrap had beef on it and my son's chicken poutine didn't have any chicken.
Ordered chicken on the rock with extra sauce and this is what they sent me, rice with like three piece of small chicken absolutely unacceptable
