The store owner deserves to go to jail because he doesnt know how to treat his employees and the person who dont know to treat his employee dont reserve any recognition in the society and this place is 100% not recommended and if possible do a complaint or put a google review just like me about this store, so that the owner can learn a valuable lesson that how to treat his employees.
Manager is fantastic. Puts good amount of good and is really nice. But his employees? Horrible. All of them. 10 minutes plus I wait everytime. Just like today. No orders in front of me. 1 delivery order. I ordered half and half shawarma. He proceeds to make the delivery order WHILE MY FRIES ARE ALREADY OUT THE FRYER. They don't know the meaning " only garlic". I say specifically, don't offer anything else, I ONLY want garlic. And yet they always ask me. Costumer service for the employees is horrid. Again, the manager is amazing . They just need to follow him. I didn't want to make this review since the manager is good. But enough is enough
I order a shawarma poutine almost every day and I really wish that one day they would prepare it as it should always be... one day they send it without gravy, another day without cheese, another day with few potatoes, another day they send It with burnt potatoes, really.. when it arrives so I prefer not to eat it and I'm feeling that I'm wasting my money

Like any other osmows place. Good food good service. I wish they wouldnt give me so much carrots with the shawarma on veggies. Its like 80%carrot 10%cauliflower 10% broccoli.
Always excellent, I order once a week at least as I live around the corner. Beef on the rocks is always a full container w/lots of garlic sauce + their spices. One large box = two meals so skip traditional fast food, owner is very personable and often is the cook. Enjoy ?
Today i went to this location. I was in parking trying to place a order through call for pick up. I called them 3-4 times but no one picked up. Then i went inside there was no customer only two boy were working. So i told them why no one's picking up this phone. They said phone isn't working then i called again while i was inside the store just to make sure that they are telling the truth. When i called, phone was perfectly fine and ringing. This is what i experienced in this location. It was ridiculous........
I ordered beyond meat dishes here for a month straight and thought it was amazing but then all of a sudden the beyond meat changed it was small pellets instead of shaved pieces and was completely different. I’m actually under the impression that they were serving me real meat for about 10-15 straight orders.Very unimpressed and disgusted will never order again.It happened to me at two locations as well not sure if it’s the same owner.
Thought I'd give this location a try again after a year and a half of not ordering. Seems like a franchise overhaul has happened and a minor remodel of the interior has been completed. They are always so concerned with orders from Skip The Dishes and Doordash on their iPads that they forget about customer service to walk-in orders. I opted to order a jumbo schwarma, three bites in, I bit into a very hard piece which turned out to be piece of chicken BONE. I will be returning this asap, then never returning as a customer. If 0/5 stars existed that would be the deserved rating. Unless QC reaches a higher % this franchise store in particular will be in jeopardy of going out of business.
Great place. I assume it's the owner or manager, super nice guy...Hafez? Super pleasant. All loads up the sauces. Best location in Barrie by far
