Absolutely loved the service here, assuming she was the manager or owner. She was incredibly nice to my boyfriend an I. The whole time she was making us laugh and making sure our mucho sized burrito was perfect. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back again :)
When this place first opened up I was so excited, because it's nice and close to my work. After a year I find myself passing it to go to literally any other mucho in Barrie. Most of the time they're missing something (veggies,rice,chicken,salsa) you would think at lunch time they would have what's needed, maybe they should be starting work a half hour earlier to ensure proper prep. Also I rarely get a burrito wrapped properly, most of the time it comes looking more like a ball than a burrito. The staff seems like a revolving door situation, it's not often you see the same person there. Some changes definitely need to be made here by far the worst Mucho in Barrie.
Very happy with the service I receive! I come all the time after work and Adidi is always there with a smile! She is such a kind, helpful employee. Always receive 10/10 service.
I would say it was the mcdonalds of burrito places but im pretty sure mcdonalds owns chipotle. Each visit varries depending on the time, chicken sometimes sits in that steam table to long and dries up. Mediocre and not cheap.
Dude working there gave me a good amount of every topping I asked for, tasted good, was fast.
Not anything special. Anywhere else would offer similar or better experience.
I don't often give bad reviews, especially in the time of Covid, but I haven't had a decent order from here the last few times I went. The guacamole was awful one time, the ancient grains were rock hard another time, it's often barely warm. I'll be going to the Bayfield location from now on, they seem to care a little more about decent food.
Staff was well mannered and respectful. I had ordered a whole wheat Regular Carnita burrito. Everything was good for an average burrito. However, there were pieces of rice that had felt stale and hard which made me worry about the each bite. The carnitas was just a tad too salty however it was served at the right temperature and all the other ingredients were paired up nicely.Overall, the burrito and service were good but points are knocked off for the stale rice and a little over salty carnitas.
Good burritos but could use some extra help on the weekends and busy nights . A lot of work one person only working ...
