30 min of sitting in the drivethru. I would of left but I have vehicles in front and behind. Then get the order and it’s wrong. Staff rude. Can’t tap because it wants a “tip.”Here’s one;Just fix the drive thru.I’m not tipping when I’m stuck in your drive through for 30 minutes.Seriously though, It’s part of running a business. The batteries in the doorbell are broken too at that, so can’t even use that.

The subs we purchased were gross. It tasted like too much sauce and everything was falling out. Bun was useless.

Friday April 29th The Worst Customer Service Ever !! I work in the area and This is a very unfortunate situation but I ordered my wrap and it turned out to be wrong I returned and ask For my wrap to be remade the 2 workers refused to remake my wrap They Made it wrong?? WTH ? They expected me to re pay for my wrong wrap??? Disgusting Customer service??? I do not intend to ever Return and The New mangment that took over this Location Needs to know your Staff are incredible rude wrong and lack customer service and Definitely Since Ted and his Family left this Mr Sub is Trash !! I have worked next store for 25 years used to be a regular !! Never again!! ???

This is what I received!! Wrong order, soggy and gross!! Wouldn't even feed this to the dog. Called the store and the lady was very rude and tried to blame it on Skip the Dishes! Then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owners information. She said "sorry, I can't do that." Then she hung up on me again! I will never order again. Stay clear of this location!!

Sitting here in the drive through for 22 minutes before my order was taken, now been 18 minutes after I ordered and I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. Service is absolutely horrible. I believe the worker was serving everyone who walked into the store long after I got to the drive through window ahead of me. DO BETTER.

The service there tonight was horrible. I realized you were busy. But we waited over an hour with maybe 12 sandwiches made prior to our 4. We could have gone to a restaurant and eaten quicker. Staff seam under trained for any kind of volume and and got overwhelmed quickly, restaurant is obviously understaffed. We always wish to support a Canadian company but your competitors are more effective and never put sandwiches on stale bread.

I love mr sub its iconic and tastes amazing but I don't know why but for some reason this and only this location doesn't except gift cards witch doesn't make any sense to me but overall still love the food and will definitely be returning because although it is a inconvenients its still better than subway

I have been going to this location for 12 + years. The old owners were the best, always so pleasant providing great customer service. Not sure who has taken over now. No keto buns available anymore. As the other reviews mention— the young man working the counter has ZERO personality. When I was there last week he was literally yelling at me asking what sauce I wanted on my sub after I told him I wanted mayonnaise AS he held the bottle in his hand. I am 31 years old. The TV was blaring, the music was blaring, you have the plastic dividers, plus the mask…. Maybe ease things up a bit or at least be a little more pleasant.
