We had Nick as our waiter and it was one of the best experiences we have EVER had! My custom Caesar was remarkable and made perfectly! Our food was downright incredible and the entire staff was super friendly! If you have the chance to come here ask for Nick, sit back, and ENJOY!!
Wouldn’t recommend this location, as my dining experience was horrible.Started off with a long wait for our server to take our orders. Nic was very polite and friendly.We ordered (2) 1/2 price 8 wings in two different flavours: Texas Bold and Apple Butter. But upon receiving the dishes it looked the same in colour of the sauce. I only ate half a wing to realize they both tasted the same(Texas bold sauce). Which wasn’t the correct sauce. It was sent back to the kitchen and the manager brought the dish back quickly to our table and said “Apple butter sauce wings”. Not only did we not receive an apology but it also made it feel like the customer was the one lying at fault. He did not care and neither did the kitchen as they just handed me back 7 wings instead of 8 and no carrots as it was originally on the first plate. Nic was very friendly and did apologize for the situation.Definitely wouldn’t want to be returning to dine again!
Let me start by saying we have ordered lots of times from Montanas as takeout since the start of the pandemic and we've generally had really great experiences. The variety works for us choice wise and food has been nice.My husband often has fish and chips and historically its been good but tonight it was not. It seems so different compared to last time we had it...fish was all batter and hardly any fish when you got into and certainly didn't seem beer battered...more like some weird panko mix. Really disappointing as this was our treat night . Unfortunately he didnt eat it and ended up with a bowl of weetabix instead! The chicken tacos were good...as was the ceaser salad but fish and chips..nope. sorry! Hope it was a one of but it puts us off ordering again a little bit.
Been here a few times but really impressed with the service tonight ! Ordered for pick up, food was ready well before our ETA, everything was right out of the kitchen and the perfect temperature! The lady that brought out our food was super friendly as well! Also, can’t complain about the price, 2 entrees and an appetizer for under $50. Would definitely recommend this location.
Friendly, helpful staff. Food was delicious. Washrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes. ... I had the chicken tacos . The best I've had at any Montana's location ( I always order the same) they had just the right amount of sauce and a big portion of fries. Will definitely be returning
Been a big fan of Montana’s for a long time, order the same meal as take out before and had a tray full of potato’s and onion rings which was quite worth the $23 price tag. Today unfortunately, was not so great. An ice cream scoop of potatoes as my side and one onion ring made for a pretty souring experience after driving home.
I ordered the chicken apple pecan saladLet me tell you how delicious and happy it made me. The spicy pecans were so goodJust a fantastic salad 10/10
I don’t write reviews. But this was worthy. Ordered door dash and the meal was disgusting. The chicken burrito bowl was flavourless, the chicken was rubbery, the chips were stale, the ribs were burnt, and the mashed potatoes tasted like the cardboard they came in. I will give them props for the fact that at least they were warm because nothing else was. The highlight of the meal was the dipping sauce that came with the onion rings. Awful. Truly. Awful.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the experience I had at Montana’s at this location. I ordered takeout before the store was closing. Once I took it back to eat, I had HAIR get caught in my mouth which was absolutely disgusting. And the next day I called the restaurant and the manager did not seem to help or care. She asked odd questions like what colour was the hair and the length of it. As if I analyzed the hair. She did not offer any resolution for me, just advised that she will note it down. What about the experience I had and that I could not eat my food? Absolutely DISGUSTING experience. go to the other location.
