Store has a great variety of items but love that it's not as big as other grocery stores in the area. Checkout was efficient and friendly.
I like metro and this store very clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is they no longer provide regular plastic bags. Now it's not that I miss the PLASTIC bags, I just feel they should offer PAPER. I don't mind paying the 5-10 cents for them. I just need a bag sometimes and don't want to buy another one of those reusable ones at 1.00 that I have a huge amount of at home. Paper makes sense, u can reuse for compost and love them
Clean,great produce, but need to watch high prices on non sale items!
Love this store, excellent meats, produce very good, shop there quite often, a little pricey but I watch for specials. I have noticed some wretched customers there & I tend to think No person needs to put up with that & they are probably the ones writing the bad reviews.
No fresh produce, went there for salad stuff and none to be found
An upper scale grocery store, the prices don't match the area but the place is always clean. The staff are freindly and more then willing to joke around with you. I like to come here for the seafood dept. And bakery dept.
Great selection. We normally go to zehrs and were delighted to find a bunch of brands save choices we don't usually see. Store was clean and well stocked. Prices were fair.
$7.99 for a 12 pack of no sugar nestea cans. I hope your price gouging continues to lose you customers until you’re out of business, and I hope it’s soon. Price gouging corporations like this doing this should be shut down. You’re a waste of space. I’d love to curse at you clowns but you already did that to me with your prices and I’m not going to stoop so low. I will, however, point out that I won’t be back and I hope I’ve deterred at least one other person from going and spending a penny in your store.
Attended as I needed a few things and I was in this part of town. I found the store to be well organized, clean, well stocked and all employees were kind. Self checkout was a breeze. If in this part of town I would return.
Prices are much higher than most other supermarkets in Orillia. However, the Airmiles offers via the Metro App keep me coming back!
