You are paying for this burger $8 and getting few onions and one slice of pickle ?? On the other hand, I paid large size of French fries and got small size ? awful place ever ?
I walked in around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. Had place mobile order. I waited about 5 minutes before I asked who the manager was. I did this because of the approximately 8-10 employees (manager included) not one person acknowledged me or knew why I was there. 3 people (again manager included) weren't wearing a hat or hair net. One of the male ppl walking around had great curling hair that would have been not cool to have in my food.No one looked like they wanted to be there. All looked like grumpiepusses.The manager was not rude when she did speak with me. But for me to ask for a manager to get any form of notice is kinda sad. Not one person looked up or said good morning.However, the food was hot and fresh. So there is that. That is what gave them a 3 instead of 1.
Not sure what is up with this location. Perhaps just a bad day. Management needs to retrain or step in or get more staff.Got our drive thru order. Pretty simple. Food was dry and not typical. Like it had been left out under a heat lamp for an hour.No receipt with our order to be able to address it to them with but if you're listening it was order 712 on a Saturday June 4th.
I’ve been coming to this location now for seven weeks every Wednesday for lunch.I have a three star only due lack of cleaning..Mostly the Mens washroom is gross.I have addressed it twice and still nothing has been done..(Touch nothing in there)Today the smell was horrible to the point of gagging..

What can I say, it doesn't really matter really. I keep going back,ainly because I work in the area. So I go back every once in awhile. But they are usually very friendly, but I am gonna sayers up orders fairly regularly. The worst is when you don't get sauce for nuggets!!!!
This is the McDonald's that is closest to where I live. I must say that because we do go here quite often, we've always had negative experiences due to poor customer service. Sometimes I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just for a small Junior chicken. It's very frustrating. I can understand if it only happened a few times. But this happens almost every single time I go here. Also it appears that when you even go in store, staff don't even really pay attention to you and you could be waiting at the counter for such a long time. I've worked in fast food for a long time many years ago and this is not appropriate customer service
Last time at this location for a bit. The lid on my drink came off while being handed to me spilling onto my phone and myself, my fries were ice cold and to top it off my drink is incredibly watered down and doesn't taste remotely close to how it should. Highest is a 2 star only because my burger was hot
Efficient service line, but frutopia was almost all water, no salt on the fries, and missing lettuce on the jr. Chicken. Come on owner, you're squeezing the pennies.. keep people happy with true McDonalds food. Disappointed
My mom ordered 2 chicken nugget meals and a big mac meal to go, and once she got her food, she drove back home in Innisfil. To our surprise, they forgot to include both chicken nugget meals. Now my brother and I don't have something to eat, and my mom just paid the price for 2 nuggets in return for nothing. Please, check the orders to make sure it includes the right food before rushing to give the wrong one, since I'd rather wait awhile but have the right order than be served quickly and miss 2 full meals.
