Unfortunately, after far too many times of incorrect orders and poor service etc. I must comment.This last time, I ordered via mobile and checked in at 8:03 and had to go in at 8:19. Food was sitting on counter and I was told they were just waiting on the Coke. Ok. It's fountain pop, there's no waiting other than the dispensing.Obviously, the meal was cold however, I didn't have time to deal with it in store.I totally understand these kids are worked hard for very little and have complete empathy for them so I said nothing. That said, at the end of the day, it is my money I'm spending and this particular location needs an overhaul in either staff or the logistics.I cannot in good faith recommend them nor will I likely go this location anymore.
Wish the manager (@afternoon) was a bit more of a critical thinker. Smoothie ordered and came to the window and machine down, so asked for another drink may be 10 or 20 cents more and was denied. I never even said I wasn't going to pay the difference. Better customer service next time ??
Good location. Usually pretty fast service here but sometimes the drive through can get backed up a bit but that’s not their fault. Clean inside. Bathrooms are clean. Good managing of a busy McDonalds imo. They have lots of seating available. I’ve seen mistakes get made with orders and they are quick to resolve it from what I have seen.
This location is very busy but two nights ago I went through for a tea. I was handed my tea and the lid was not on. Ended up spilling scalding tea all over my lap and console. I immediately went inside and spoke with a supervisor who was on duty at the time.. very sweet girl who asked if I was ok. She seen I was clearly upset and proceeded to fill out a form letting me know I would be hearing from the owner of the franchise... 2 days later.. still waiting... unacceptable and disappointing that this has yet to be followed up.
Thought maybe it can't be that bad,, wrong! Breakfast was cold, coffee was close to ice coffee, mixing up orders for people in front of us, one good thing there was a young guy working who was keeping the dining area clean and doing a fine job, the dining area was spotless
Spent 35 minutes in Drive through line to get food the other night. Service was very slow. There were maybe 12 cars ahead of mine when I arrived. I was the 5th car back from the double order kiosk. Just to get to that point to actually place my order was 15 minutes. Don't think I'll use that McDonald's drive through late at night anymore. I'll go down the road.
This location gets busy quite quickly. So when you go during a busy time, you're most likely pulling over into a parking spot and waiting for your food. However quality is great with orders being done properly
Worst mcdonalds I have been to across the country. They never have food ready. It's called fast food for a reason. I really don't like writing negative reviews but I have been here on multiple occasions and have always left irritated and unsatisfied with the service. Currently sitting here with 4 other cars waiting for our food In the parking lot. Definitely needs some fixing here. Don't know if it's management or the employees but somethings gotta change.
Worst experience ever. We went to this McDonald’s, first they told us to pull up. We waited there for 25-30 minutes in the parking lot. At last after half an hour of wait we got our order. When we came home and checked, half of our order was missing. I tried to call at this location several times, but they never picked up the phone. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Usually get our plain burger order for our kids incorrect, and the pick up/drive through waiting parking is super inconvenient. Otherwise the service has always been very friendly and wouldn't complain about that at all.
