I’m legit starving why is your store open and not giving me good, food. It’s not that late. Where I’m from ours are always open why did you pick up my call, I’ve never been her ever before and now I’m pissed and I want a junior chicken and I’m just annoyed tbh. Can you do better. Or close. What terrible service and awful food!Messed up order: asked for a large root beer with ice; received a warm coke, no ice; asked for a large fries, received a small get, soggy, childish.Big Mac patties were overcooked, dry. Double was the same.Never again.
They have the BEST ice coffee!!!! The staff are very nice even the place was very busy!!! ???
Wait 20 mins for them to forget half my order than had to tell them my order again. There was like 25 plus people back there and almost no one doing anything I literally watched a group of 4 of them walking around for 10 mins manager was there. This place needs some serious change. I don't even work in fast food. I work in food service. This place is a joke rudest service I've ever had.
They dont know the word “hot chocolate”I had to call 10 times and then i was told to use other side of drive thru. On the 2nd drive thru section also i had to call 5-7 time “hot chocolate” then 5 time “hot” to make the employee understand.Then i was told they don’t have it.What a complete waste of this franchise location.Never ever coming back to this location.
The worst people working inside. Having no sense to deal with public. Harassing instead. Using curse words. Wanted to know the owner of this location because I have video to show him that what his employees are doing. Shame on you guys.
Good service here The staff really care for their customers particularly if there is a delay, lunch hour volume. My only "complaint" is that the Ghost pepper sauce is no available only the spicey habinero sauce
This McDonald's drive thru is a gamble every time - you can order nuggets and walk away with a cheeseburger, order extra sauce and walk away with no sauce, sometimes you'll only get part of your meal (missing fries, drink, yogurt, etc), or you might not get any napkins or straws. Your odds of getting exactly what you ordered is probably 1 in 7. But it's a thrill.
Would give 0 if I could. I went to get a refill and pop mechine was not on so I asked for a refill. And manger very rudely interrupted when I was asking another worker for a refill and sad ( we have not gave refills in over two years) then I walked away and she said why I'm I upset again very rudely. If that is how mangers act how are the workers going to get food service. This place is a joke. I can get a refill at other places but not here and took 8 mins to get a bigmac
Rude, entitled young man took my order, I speak loud and clear, he heard me wrong and and when I repeated my order he responded rudely with an attitude. After all that he charged me for a full meal and I received one burger. Rude service here has happened a few times now. This location at one time used to be great, not so much anymore.
