I found hair in my order that was just purely gross when dealing with food in fast food restaurants ur required to wear a hair net so it's prevented going into food and wearing gloves when dealing with food , I have no issues with mobile order but service is slow unacceptable to operate fast food like that that's how you hold everyone else up period no buts about it.
Drive through supposedly open 24 hours, according to your website.I pulled up at 5:30 am and it was blocked off? It would be nice to know what your actual hours are then.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is just a overall horrible McDonald's. As soon as you come in you feel like a burden. You are usually ignored for at least 5-10 minutes if you order at the counter since nobody is ever there and even when they see you they just go back to what they're doing. Also, the food/drinks are just not good. The pop was very watered down and my sausage egg McMuffin tasted like lemon cleaner, I couldn't even eat it ?

Firstly, I want to say shame on anyone who did not rate this McDonald’s 5/5. To whoever was working on Wednesday May 4th at 1:00am, my colleague and I just wanted to thank you for your amazing service and quality of food. We ordered 4 McDoubles that came out pippin hot with what looked like to be 70/30 quality beef and got a side of fries that were salted to perfection. When I tell you that these burgers blew our taste buds out the park, I truly mean it. This location has nothing on The Keg. We are not from these ends. We travelled from Toronto, which is where the worst McDonald’s are known to man. The burgers over there are served cold after waiting a minimum of 2 hours for your food, with the cheese placed on top of the bun and the meat missing. The quality of food we were served at this location was unmatched, it blew our minds to the point where I had to log on to my phone and write this review. I will definitely be revisiting this McDonald’s in the near future. Amazing staff, fresh food and a full belly to end off the night. Hats off to the lady serving us at the window and the tall man who took our order!
Coffee and Tea review:Is it bad that I think the coffee's better than at Tom Hortons? Feels unpatriotic in a way. Tim's has a strong tradition here in Canada but their coffee's gone to ick. Best coffee at McDonald's and Tim's has orange pekoe decaffeinated tea which is really good. But...McDonald's for coffee.Sorry Tim's...
It's not even about the date of Feb. 27, but almost all the time that a South Asian Indian was at the window, the decaffeinated coffee was lukewarm and milky white. Or at times, a napkin was wrapped around the cup to create an impression that the coffee is . . . hot.These type of 'cheap' service is brutally of South Asian India conscientious that is eroding Canadian hospitality and way of life.
McDonald's like pretty much any other, not much better or worse! Which is the thing I love about Golden Arches - they are almost 100% predictable, the quality is always there (it is not a gourmand eating out, but it is a good value for the price), their coffee is now better than Timmy's (and I really like their sundae and McFlurry). So, if I need a quick meal on the go, McDonald's, Subway and Mr. Sub are my top 3 picks.
Absolutely trash location. Management has no customer service at all. They forgot my 6 muffins. The whole reason i ordered was for them. He says well i refunded you the money for the muffins just reorder.. So i have to re pay another delivery fee and tip another driver because you are to incompetent to provide any proper form of compensation for your restaurant mess up. This is beyond ridiculous. Never again.
I would give it zero if this option would exist. At this location workers and manager (or supervisor) can't manage your order 3 times at the row giving you wrong ones and finally make you feel like you did something wrong without completing your order...
