Ice cream was ok but the toppings were stale in all 3 of our ice creams.
I’m not one to usually review places, but I had such a great experience with this marble slab. I ordered off of DoorDash and ended up getting the wrong order, I know that sometimes different companies/stores can’t do much about door dash orders but marble slab ended up resending me newer ice cream that was correct, with a nice note on it. It made my night, sometimes people make mistakes but it’s the way that it was fixed that makes a good store :) thank you guys for my ice cream tonight
Pathetic place this is. You pay for a product and you cannot even add as many toppings as you would like in a single serve cup. Disgusting and won’t be back here. Never had this issue before today.
Adam and Libby were amazing! A full restaurant and not one complaint because they were so on top of things!
They have a line up of 15 people and their management prioritized Skip The Dishes instead of the people that were standing in line. I witnessed literally orders come in via skip the the dishes monitor and I they proceeded them in priority. So if you see line up prepare to wait for minimum 30 minutes. The 2 teenagers that were working this shift though did a great job juggling the huge line up and the take out orders!! Worth the wait but really unfair.
Delicious taste and incredible experience. If you want to try something different, I highly recommend these ice creams!! You create your own ice cream!!
I'm always a fan of Marble slab. I usually order the strawberry raspberry waffle ice cream and never disappoints. It's just getting more expensive. Ordered 2 small for $20 without tip.

I was at this store yesterday and the staff was not masked although the website claims that their staff is always masked. It was around 6:30 pm to 7 pm. The young lady was of Indian origin. The young lady who served me was very condescending slow and evasive. I waited for a while to be served although I was the only person in the store. I did not mind much thinking she was alone and needed to do something. After a while she came out and and served me. Took my money and at this time I noticed she keyed in a phone number but did not ask - think it was maybe her ID. After I asked if she could write a message on the cake, she went to the back to do this. At this time I noticed a sign saying CAA Rewards. I asked her about this and she gave me a cock and bull story about this can only be done the next time I am at the store. She said she needs to put in my phone number and create an account and bla bla bla …. I then asked whose number she had keyed in earlier and she admitted it was hers. She claims she did not collect the points and it was for something else. How true is this??? Today I called the store to speak to the Manager and the staff could not give me email address of the manager and asked me to look online. What kind of service is this???? The cake was good but I don’t think I would go there again - very disappointed with the experience and lack of customer service!
I just love their ice cream. Lost of variety. That Nutella flavor makes me think of gelato
