Really really bad customer service. I asked someone in meat department where PC meatloaf was. They told me to go to forzen food. Went back there and still didn't see it. So I asked someone else at the front of the store. She asked someone else and she said you already asked 3 people and got the same answer. So I said great customer service and she said yelled back at me your welcome. If I did that at my job I would have been fired. Instead of standing around doing nothing someone should have looked with me. I had to get a manager to look with me. Really bad way to treat their customers for overpriced food. No gift card was offered. Will never go back. Go to Metro down the street
Very clean store, helpful staff. Prices are a bit steep, but this is the top tier store in the chain, I expected it. Definitely will be back
Ordered a cake here for my child's birthday. Cake was good, other than being a bit dry. Everyone enjoyed it and was great for the price
Great place to shop. Lots of new and interesting products that I haven't seen before. Good place to get vegan products.
Not impressed with this location. I was in that end of town and needed to pick up some get well Flowers for a friend. When asked if they could wrap them for me I was told no they don't touch reduced flowers??? Soo because I wasn't paying full price I wasn't allowed to utilize a service that I even offered to pay for? Not impressed. I will take business elsewhere and ensure to support local florists going forward
Wonderful store to shop at. This store is socially responsible and cares for humanity. Sometimes i see mind blowing prices that they offer in the early mornings, great for someone struggling a little bit due to covid or the elderly with modest earnings. I don’t care how long the lineup is, i always try to check out with Imera. She is such a friendly and genuinely nice person who is efficient and when she packs my bag, she is careful to place items so they are not damaged. The world needs more Imera’s!!!! Thank you.
I used to have a 5 star rating for this location but now it's only 2. They have mask rules posted at the entrances but they don't enforce it. For the last month, every Saturday, insert one person without a mask shopping in the store. This week, two people. Loblaws, you are cowards. You rather put mine and everyone else's health at risk so you don't ruffle some feathers or pay for security to enforce the rules. Maybe the management are actually anti maskers.
I had the most amazing woman check me out today at cash 5! She was so friendly! The world needs people like her in their lives! Best experience at lablaws ever!!
Best selection and Imera is my favorite cashier, she takes her time to pack it correctly so my food isn’t squished! And she reminds me of my gran, super cute lady!
A little upset that the store is considered a premium grocery store and they have lots of expired food on their shelves! Staff and management are helpful and willing to rectify the situation but this should not happen on a consistent basis. And their seems to be a high turn over of store managers...hard to build report in those situations.
