This location is absolutely nasty! We are literally sliding on the floors throughout the restaurant because it’s so greasy! It’s truly disgusting! The bathrooms are horrible as well! Will never eat here again! And to top it off they don’t give two craps when I told them my 5 yo grandson was falling, she spoke insane broken English and didn’t care and shrugged her shoulders! Another man complained about it as well and an employee went in the bathroom for 10 seconds and came back out and started handling the food! ? ? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Each individual franchise represents KFC and KFC should be giving you the boot to using their name, that’s how bad this restaurant is! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Went on a friday night around 9pm, and it was fairly steady turnaround with several cars in the drivethru. Took upwards of 15 minutes from time of order to receiving the food. There was an obvious lack in quality control, where one piece of chicken was half the size of another, and the drumstick was missing half the meat. Only reason we came here was because KFC also has the plant-based burger, which was okay. If you're looking for decent fried chicken from a 'fast food' joint, go to Mary Brown's instead.
I ordered through skip the dishes, the driver came with half my order.. but before the driver came the manager called me and mentioned that the driver left with half my order.. the Manger said second car on its way.. to cut it short .. I'm very happy the manager stepped up and kept me in touch with my order for me to receive it. Not there fault its the driver that should have waited .. Service was okay but chicken pieces have been cut in half. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and after examining the pieces, a thigh has been cut in half. I understand the rise of inflation but this is not right. A perfect example of shrinkflation. I will not return to this location.
My wife arrived home from KFC only to discover the staff had forgotten to put the gravy in the bags. She returned with her bill in hand and the staff were rude and wanted to charge her for another large gravy. Honestly what is wrong with people these days! Haven't had KFC in a while so l said that I will give them a try, the drive-tru line was long(20min) after waiting the time got my order(2-gobuckets) pulled away from the drive-tru check my order, it wasn't what I ordered (got a 4pcs and fries)- had to pulled back in look for a parking walk into the store explaining that this wasn't my order, but however afterwards I got the correct order and get to keep the free 4pcs as a bonus. The chicken was hot and tasty. Good job ?.Thank you!
Service was slow for walk in customers. Team was more focused on drive thru and delivery drivers (skip the dishes....etc) not very impressed as I waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. Hopefully there is another KFC in the area as I wont be going back to this location. Even when customers asked questions the staff became very rude and condescending towards the customers. A good manager who supports their team could make this location very successful.
Coming from Toronto and Markham Ontario and have to say maybe a 1 off but gravy I asked for large I get 3 little containers and the gravy almost tasted off maybe different in barrie. Chicken though specially the tenders are as good as ever and nice fries. Is it the best KFC around... no but the chicken is great
I don't normally do this, i actually had to recover a password to sign in and leave this review.This location has got to be one of the worst i have been to. I just picked up an order at the Drive Thru window at around 4:45pm tonight. They messed up…again. Not a shocker, definitely not the first time over the years. Unfortunately i didn't realize this until i got to the dinner table with the family.I thought i would try and call the store to just give them a heads up about the issue and brush this one off. Unfortunately managers or owners at this location don’t like to answer the line. I tried calling 3 times in a row. Location wasn't even that busy. Of course no receipt in the bag either. I could go in kicking and screaming but i know how much owners love these reviews.Thanks anyways.
Horrible service spent $40 on 3 big box meals ... all 9 tacos had almost nothing in them fris cold and and the food just stuffed in the bag not separated in any way ... opened the tacos and the amount of filling in them was less then what you get in a dollar taco. Went in to ask for a refund I was very nice and yet all I got where glares and comments muttered under there breath ... all the staff staring at me and making comments it was extremely rude and frankly disgusting behavior.
