This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The burgers were great, juicy, flavourful and most importantly tasted fresh (not frozen for a long time). The sides and the one and only dessert were delightfully interesting with unique twists. I can imagine how cute this place in a quaint town during spring and summer. We very much appreciate the friendly and attentive service. And a bonus since we dined late at night on a weekday, we had an impromptu dancing right by our table. Will go back? Yes.Will recommend? Yes
Nice and cozy interior. Came here based on an Imgur post about the Brie & Fig burger and wanted to try it. Fantastic burger. Great fries and enjoyed the dipping sauce for them.Edited 2022.04.19: realized that I'd ignored what my predictive text put in for the burger (Bride & Five).
Everyone was smiling.Sean was probably one of the best servers I've ever met....his charisma helped--but he was SO fast, never forgot about anyone at our table, and we never waited for anything. Whatever we needed, drinks, food.... water....he was on it. And it was busy!My dinner looked great and it was delicious. There was live music...and they turned the lights down at the right time.Fun night.
Awesome burgers and service too! We picked this place for our first dine in experience since October 2020. That says volumes.
Enjoy the Prime burger, nice slab of Brie with Dijon. They give two smashed patties , I’ll be honest the patties were dry. But the overall toppings of the burger were good. The sauce they provide for fries was so delicious, a concoction of mayo ketchup and pickle juice is amazing. They need to put that sauce on their burgers as well. Overall good experience.
I came here for dinner before heading home after a day trip in Barrie recently and wow, I loved it. The location has dim lighting and a calm vibe which I like, and the food was really good. I had their chicken cesar wrap and fries; yum is all I have to say! If you live in or ever visit Barrie, this is a great place to have dinner at!
Absolutely fantastic. However it needs a Tanker or Fire Service burger.
I have always been a big fan of Kenzington Burger Bar. Had dinner there for the first time in quite some time Friday night.Best Gluten Free bun i have ever had and for anyone who is Celiac, a good bun when eating out is hard to come by.Was a bit disappointed that most of the sides are an up charge, cesaer salad without croutons was an extra $3, garlic parm fries and extra $3 and the price of everything is up.Final tally - 2 burgers, upcharge for GP fries and cesaer salad, 2 ciders and a sangria....$100 with tip.Love to support local but it is getting cost prohibitive to eat out!
One of the best burgers I've ever had. I had the Dublop beef burger on a gluten-free bun, swapped out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese, and it was ? the servers were friendly and attentive - overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place!
Love this place. Been coming to this location since it opened (more space than the DT location-which is also amazing.)The Restaurant has been around for years- since I was a teen. Both locations are consistant in quality and atmosphere. The food is always delicious. And what gets me as a local is the consistent great attitude and service from all of the staff.I know with all these rude, short fused, unethical and slow minded city people moving up North they can lessen the quality of an environment in small-country cities like Barrie, that can deter some people who work there. Please dont let it! Keep up the good work. your consistency and manners as a business and community staple does not go un noticed. The Classiest Craft Burger Bar around. And the bar tenders are not snobby here! GOOD JOB GUYS!- love to all.
